There are a few scripts already made to make rpg maker VX/XP to go online and you can host the server with things like hamachi for free. I used to have an MMO which I made with VX using the Telam Ludus or something like that, which was basically a script that combines an ABS, Chat system, Visible armor, login, character creation and some other cool features. and it had it's own server thing which you can set up with phpmyadmin. in fact there's an mmo right now still rung on that, it's called white rose online. for XP there one called eclipse or something like that I found it a long time ago. here's the website I made for my game I was like 15 back then lol. http://chigoo.wix.com/tts1 << look at the screen shot, just showing you that it's a thing.

To me VX Ace is better, Although people like to use XP because of it's mapping capabilities, and some other little things. VX Ace is the newst RPG Maker. so it's like this XP TO VX TO VX ACE XP does have it's perks tho mainly because it's older and people have made tons of stuff for it already, things like scripts, tilesets and all those other graphic things. I'm not saying that Ace doesn't have all those things just saying XP has more because it's been around since like 2005, and Ace since 2012. There are still tons of resources for Ace + it's compatible with VX/XP resources so yah... but you have to convert the XP stuff to VX/VX ACE

So, I'm looking for a script that mimic the shop system in skyrim. The shop will sell random items based on the actors lv, and you can also specify if the shop only sells items, weapon, armors, or a combination of them. This isn't really necessary for me but would be cool if the shop has a sell feature where I can only sell the types of items that the NPC is selling. The shop will change it's inventory every few days. This isn't necessary but again would be cool if the script will work together with the Advanced Game Time + Night/Day v1.2.3 if that isn't possible maybe make the time in real time minutes or frames. Thanks in advance for anyone willing to make this script for me, or point out a script that works like it. I've been looking for one on my own but haven't found any yet. Almost forgot... The shop's random feature should have a way to make it so some items has a higher chance to appear in the the shop than others. This way I can put some elite weapons in the shop that has a low chance of appearing.

Yep, the 8th one is always the hardest, and now you have to find the crystal to to actually win, before when you found all eight pages, you still died...

So far in my game I am the only person to beat the game, and I've only done so about 3 times (It's very hard) So I am here to challenge you guys to try to beat my game, by collecting all eight pages, and finding the crystal that signals the end of the game. Don't worry It's not a long game, In fact you can actually beat it in under 5mins... Or die in under 30secs... There are two modes, Hard and Easy, It doesn't matter which mode you play in. The game isn't just an open world sandbox game it is also a life sim, all the features are to make you feel like an actual citizen in the world you are trapped in. So I want to give the players as much content as possible for them to play around, and the features aren't just there for show. EX: when you use cocain your karma goes down, which makes some people react to you different, and some will like you more. If you don't take a shower most people won't talk to you... Also sims games are fun and you have to pee/take showers/baths.

I believe That I have almost all the element required to make an open sandbox rpg, although I have a small world, It is filled with content. Although the game is still in beta stages, I am still thinking of new content to add to it, new side quest, new game mechanics, and more... Although there is no defined class, such as warrior, mage, or rogue, you can decide how you want to play. If you want to be a warrior you can go to the gym buff up your strength, if you want to be a wizard go to school, build up your intelligence, and go to the lab where the develope rings that allows you to gain super powers(Skill/Magic) based on your stats. If you want to be a rogue just go around sneaking, stealing, or become an assassin (sneaking and stealing yet to be implemented, although I have the system for them). You can even be all three if you wish. there are tons of stuff to do in the world so far, as to role playing. things such as getting part time job, full time jobs or even working as a lumberjack, miner, fisherman, etc... things that you can currently do in my game: Side quests (more to be added) mine, fish, lumberjack, collect and use herbs, craft and upgrade equip, and hunt animals join one of the three gangs and do there side quest until you're their boss use the toilet, and shower to maintain your bladder, and clean. Eat, and sleep to maintain your energy, and hunger. gamble at the casino drink, and smoke weed (can cause you to get drunk(you move slower and your movement becomes randomized) and high) go to school to build your Int, go to the gym to build your strength, go to church you build your Karma buy, and drive a car use cocaine (which can cause addiction and kills you when you overdose) part time jobs: Hooker, assassin, drug dealer, Hacker, Koals casier, and more to be added Full time jobs: E-corp < you start as a janitor and can work your way up to being the boss, Doctor, Police man, and more to be added there more but I can't remember them all right now Keep in mind this game is still in beta stages, not close to being released. if you want to check it out tho click my siggy!

Thanks, I'v actually added in some minionsvwhich you can fight. In the start you have nothing but through out the woods there are 3 weapons a sword, a hand gun, and an SMG. When you find one you won't know what it is anD there's is only one of each in a game so you're trying to get your hands on the SMG. But I've been to lazy to upload it. and as for the story maybe but I'm working on a bigger project which is taking most of my time. I only made this game because I was taking a short brake on my main game. PS: I'm using an ABS would ruin the game if I was using a TBS

Lost Wood is my version of Slenderman made using RPG Maker VX ACE. This game was made in two days. That being said this game has no story to it but the background story, you have a simple task collect 8 pages scattered all over the map to escape your nightmare, before being caught by Death. The Story: Somehow, some way you found yourself lost.... Some way, somehow you know you are trapped... Somehow, some way you know how to get out of the trap... Now you find yourself looking for eight pages of The Book..... This book has the Power to wake you up from your Nightmare… Yes, you are dreaming, and the only way to wake up it by completing, and reading The Book! Character Bio: You are an unknown female or male human who wakes up in a dream, trapped and only has one task in mind. To wake up… Tips and Tricks: 1. Play the game in a dark environment with headphones, and if possible alone. 2. Always stay on the move, DO NOT STOP FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME. 3. Death is ALWAYS following you. 4. There are three random Forms that Death can take when he appears, you can’t tell by looking at him but the way he moves. [1] Just chases you at a moderate pace [2] runs after you, can turn invisible, and walk through things [3] Teleports around you while playing a slashing animation. 5. Key to surviving Death after he appears is to run away from him and never looking back. 6. Never go into the mansion unless you can’t find the last page outside. 7. If you must go inside the mansion do so before you have collected 3 pages. 8. You will DIE if you enter the mansion with 6 or more pages.
