I highly recommend creating an offline game. Making some sort of MMO will be really hard and you will inevitably be disappointed.

You should also play other games made by RPG Maker XP so you can understand what it's capable of. I recommend Quintessence: The Blighted Venom. It looks great! I really like it! It kinda' reminds me of some gameboy advance games' styles. I can't wait to see it finished. Keep up the good work.

ANTI PIRACY? Pirates are awesome! Why would you set up a business that gets rid of pirates?! I'm a pirate myself and I do all sorts of pirate-y things. Now you are going to get paid to have people take me away? What's wrong with being a pirate anyways? We don't even use the internet... a lot.
