They are basically shortcuts to different parts of a topic. Say you wrote a really long tutorial like Isaacs, and you wanted to make a table of contents. People can click the anchors and be warped to that section. It's like the "Label" and "Jump to Label" event commands in RMXP. ^_^ P.S. Happy Birthday Formlesstree4!
