Basically, you cannot post in a topic more than a month old if you aren't really adding much to the topic. For example, if you are just thanking someone. You can and should do that via PM if the topic is old. However, You may necrobump a topic no matter how old it is if you are adding to the topic, such as a new tile-set to a resource topic, or an update to your project topic. Another exception is in stickies like the screenshot topic, you can necropost in there. Hope that clears it up for ya'.

Yeah, the tiles should look a little more like what madanchi posted As for the ice, try to make it little less bland. And add a some tiles that can transition better from ice to stone; because the ice is on top of the stone, right? ;) You should be able to make it where there are spots in the ground where you can see some stone. It would also be useful for puzzles.
