The confusion about 'fruit' and 'vegetable' arises because of the differences in usage between scientists and cooks. Scientifically speaking, a tomato is definitely a fruit. Blueberries, raspberries, and oranges are true fruits, and so are many kinds of nuts. yes I was thinking of a Game type contest. And there would be two winners, one would get XP and other would get VX version. I have to confirm with Enterbrain, but I might have 3 license for RMXP. If I do then there might be two XP licenses up for grabs. I also like the idea of having it available for posting on the new forum. I'll talk to Marked about it.

So I have two copies of both, but only need one which means the other would just sit their not being used. So I think we should do a contest for them, but I am not to sure on what type of contest. Quest based on an event system...I have to say is some things are meant to be scripted. Such as a system based solely off Events is a waste of events in itself, any Game Developer hobbyist, serious, or commercial could tell you this.

True, I did not think at first they would have anything because the domain/site was active for I believe less than a year.

So I decided to view my points I have in my bank and on hand. However I found that I had none and a few errors showed up. Also due to the user name change I have to keep logging in to the site (like if I click BANK in the Shop; log in required (even though I am). If I then log in and go somewhere else it does it again.

So I have used GM and touched Game Editor and have tried Torque Game Builder. Garage Games is currently selling most of their game development software for $99. So tomorrow I plan on buying Torque 2D. See what I can create.

For those who do not know this community started out on a free web hosting service. Now I do not remember the last date it was using the free service, but it was in 2007 that RMXP Unlimited went from free to paid hosting and using the domain name rmxpunlimited.com ([provided by me) In fact there was even a time when Marked dropped from being an Admin/Manager and was just a regular member (Managers and Admins in 2007). Now I do not remember, but I think he passed the site on to Leon or SCMike at the time of his brief spasm. Looks cool, but for the price they charge for it, it should be new software!! If they wont to impress me I say take custom orders; I would pay a decent price for custom stuff (though I can do some myself).

This is not as hard has it sounds; or complicated. I have read some of the books in the series and it could make a nice game. However this also requires characters splitting story wise as well. People did this with George R R Martin's "A song of Ice and Fire," series.
