Yes Illustrator. @everyone else This was one of my first attempts at a stance image and I'm not here to say your advice or opinion is wrong, but what is the point of telling me what is wrong with it when I made it years ago. I have heard plenty of critique for it already.

FACTS 1) ESRB is not related, owned or affiliated by any game development company. So in short the industry is doing nothing. 2) Not all retailers abide by this law. 3) Those who rate the games never play them; they just watch short videos (as stated on their site ESRB.org). People don't don't do research before they open their mouth this is a fact within itself. I read a book, Grand Theft Childhood, which talks about how both sides are correct in some fashion or form. However this is load of crap simply that two sides can't be right in some areas. For example the so called studies that are used to prove that children become more violent when playing video games was taken by means of a survey. Flawed idea and poor results to satisfy the need of some politician to better their career instead of coming up with valid solutions. As for parents, you can't say it is souly the parents fault because not all parents are at fault here. There are plenty of cases where an ADULT as committed a crime and used video games as an excuse in an attempt to take the view off them and place it on video games. IN fact most kids know the difference between reality and fantasy and no mater how bad a parent is kids at some point learn right from wrong. FUN FACT Since 1997-2009 over 90,000,000 Grand Theft Auto titles have been sold world wide.

Violence in Video Games RMXPU, So in school yesterday we where told we have to write an essay on a debatable topic and I chose violence in Video Games. Since the first splat of fake blood this has been a topic of great debate to parents, gamers, politician, and game developers alike. And for all their brains they have still not come up with a solution that everyone can agree on. In fact today I would say this is no longer a debate, but an argument as both sides play the, "I am right you are wrong." I must say during my research for my paper I have watched plenty of You Tube videos, read countless blogs, and even read a few books on this touchy subject. Through my findings I have come up with the following conclusion about this childish argument among these adults: 1) Both sides feel they are right in some fashion or form. 2) Our anti violent people like to base their opinion or someone elses on fictional facts. 3) Politicians and other Media figures seem to only come up with solutions that ban or remove such media from the market. 4) Gamers and Game developers though they provide facts on their bases they never come up with a solution or idea to at least please the anti violent people. 5) People seem to just be pointing the finger at who is at fault with no real results. 6) Adults seem to know about this issue and blame violence in video games if they get caught. Though they still get charged the media then begins to focus on violence in video games instead of the actual case. 7) Children who play violent video games and commit a crime leads to politicians, some parents, and the media to ignore the issue or case and focus on the video game stream instead. 8) Adults acting like kids arguing about something without using their head and coming up with reasonable solutions to the issue. I came up with a solution and yes its not a big one and who knows how it may help or not, but no harm in trying right? Better then just arguing about it! MY IDEA
