1) There is nothing wrong with my MAC PC I just own both to create programs that work on both and my Laptop (non MAC) has two OS Window Vista and Lynix. No misunderstanding just adding it. 2) Not angry. 3) just stated if for informational perposes.

1) 5 hour service call...when I can fix it myself. My PS3 broke and I ordered a new "mother board" and it works fine, even increased it's GB to 250. Of this was not cheap. So it matters not prebuilt or not. I have used and owned both and they worked fine; it's all on how you maintain them. 2) AMDs are not shit. Both my desktops I own (PC and MAC) both use a AMD well my laptops use intell. Again it's all about maintaining your stuff properly. 3) Why buy a server when I can build one from the ground up?

So I wanted a desktop to put all my software on: adobe, game development, ect and use my laptop for play PC games and working on my novels. First off if you did research it is not that hard to shut a site down, unless they are owned and operated (e.g the servers are at my house). For example if I had my own servers and everyone failed to "locate me" they could then go after the domain name I use. All domain names (either .com .net .co .ja, etc are all monitored by one agency for all countries. A simple court order and the domain name no longer works. And thinking in the sense of where you live and not having to go by US laws is correct, but do some research (and I have) and plenty of sites from NZ have been taken down. I will simply say this: Since I got this idea I have posted it on just about every community possible. From communities such as this to countless business communities, and even software and game development communities. And everyone has liked the idea asking LOGICAL questions based on a business stand point. Those who have faultered or conducted and in depth and useless questions come from John Does and Jane Does who don't own a business and choose to protect piracy. It proves to me the lack of understanding and pointing stuff out that "those numbers are my opinion" which in fact they came from a survey held by about.com in Oct 2009 which also interviewed a few owners of Warez sites. ---Done in topic. :blink:

Wow, Billions of people in the world (estimate/guess) say 50% pirate stuff, I doubt your OPINION is a fact. Why? I have friends who have pirated software and have no plans of deleting it or buying it since they got it free!! A survey taken by about.com in 2002 says 45% of people who pirate stuff have no intention of buying it any time soon. When they got it for free! I'm also in the US Military wont to know how many people have pirated music, software,and movies they got from a foreign country? A shit ton and they have no intention of buying it any time soon. You do know Adobe's history right? There prices raised to make up for the lose of money by pirated software (as read and stated in 2000 PC magazine. I understand the argument of it being money not gained rather then lost, but no matter how you sugar coat it some money was lost.

No; your theory is based off the assumption of people who would not have bought it and regardless of some statistic it is still a piece of work people are getting for free. Your claim is based on the opinion of how many of those people who would have not bought it if it could not be found on the internet (which even I could buy a DVD in Asia of a movie that has not come out in the US for less then $5). The flaw in your theory is as it stats "if it could not be gotten from the internet" no one would have downloaded it. The basic point I have is no matter how you look at something always has a flaw in it statistic wise or other. Another fact is companies are willing to pay for such a service regardless of statistics from me or you; true or false. Simply because when it comes down to it it is all based off money and profit. Do you really think the movie industry cares if they did better in 2009 than in 2008? No because they still lost money some how, some way.

When are we ever truly free? Myself am quite busy as well: starting Medevil Studios, Ripped Assassin, Medevil Hosting, and getting my How to guide series "The Fools Guide" started. Plus this game as well. It is more paper work that I care to fill out and more money I'd rather not, but it takes money to make money and thus I find the time.

Well the reason I am offering to pay is I am going to attempt to sell the game made. yes depending on who you are you might think it cheap to us RMXP rather then program my whole game, but as business we have to start some where and thus this means the bottom of the pole. Main reason I am up for paying is I won't need permission to use a script already made, seems kind of cheap to use a pre-made script. And I have only met a small amount of people who can make tilesets. Plus I have someone who is going to create the stance images (RMXP battler) for $97 per character.
