Once you set a url for your avatar the site grabs the image and uploads it to this site, then uses it. It wont be possible to use a rotating avatar from that site. You could make a gif and upload that. You can use this site to make a gif of images you have. http://picasion.com/

Thats your standard RTP sewer tile set there. Add an event and search for the pipes then Set Stop animation on, and direction fix on.

You may work in a group if you wish. Prize will be split by how many people are in your group.
