It is possible, check out RPG Maker XP Online, however I should say that I have seen dozens of would be online games die because of little popularity, diversity, and all the hard work that goes into such a endeavor. Also another piece of advice; dont use the RTP.

Its been working perfectly for me.... I did notice that games that were uploaded and messed up in the past(aka Rebirth) still doesnt work, but I guess that is a acceptable loss if the new files do not currupt.

It would likely be just a waste of time, they wont listen us English speakers when most of their consumers are from Japan. For instance the difference bewteen the japanese website and english one is appauling. Of course if we got a petition started on all the major forums they might see how many of us want one...
