  2. Thanks everyone, I have been away for while. dolarmark: I'm glad you enjoy it, however... I've change pretty much every aspect of the story, and some elements of the battle: Story: Dragons do not exist-or at the very least not anymore- The game is not a game aka Sword Art Online style(I swear they stole my idea) The story is now a lot more open ended, and the main quest is heavilly branched. Party members stories are done via their own questlines Battle system: Removed the current Skill equipping and learning system because it was overly complicated to learn and use in my opinion, currently looking for a simpler yet effective alternative I would upload the latest version, but I used this software to remove duplicate files and some of the game files were deleted, so I'll have to fix that and then test extensively for errors. What do you part 1 and part 2?

I'm playing MHFU just over 90ish hours loving it; I'm at the part where you hunt a tigrex for the village chief, not sure what to use as my favorite weapons are the Red Blade and Wyvern Blade "Fall" (I think) but its weak to thunder and I have only a khezu hunting horn, which i suck at using. I also do God Eater and Lord of Arcana(a little)

Sure man, I should tell you, that the story for sanctuary has changed...a lot since i made the topic; I just haven't had enough concrete material to rewrite, but I do have a good idea of what I want. I'll write up a short timeline briefly going over events that will be the main questline and then you can go in for a more detail or creative version.

This is laundry list of small script mod that I could use help with, feel free to tackle all or 1 or some or none xD I'll keep updating this as the need arises, any help or suggestions is appreciated!: Using this script, it shows a horizontal title screen menu, however the text in it is left justified; I'd prefer it to be centered. The -mudo and -hama skills are special in that they have a percentage chance of instantly killing its target; however I created a shield that I want to negate the effects of this, but I don't know how. They're more but its late and I can't really think clearly right now lol

Thats funny, could've sworn I used some kind of prefix for the engine, I'll fix that right quick Well, I've never played a gundam game that wasn't in japanese so I'm not sure. Not advance wars, as it had no personal attachment to the units you used(I would send dozens of mechs to their doom just to buy time lol) I'm thinking more like Fire Emblem, or Gungnir. I am now using Gundam sprites, but its because of the sheer abundance of them and they look cool. They're from Gundam Tactics posted here, but I can't get in contact with the guy who posted some years ago.
  7. I really like number 11, its really vibrant and well made. My only issue is the distinct difference between the red brick and gray stone tiles. They seem to be fighting each other. I would post something but, I havent done any mapping in ace, I'm still with vx...

I approve of using awards in signatures because: it looks cool it inspires others it works likes achievements/trophy's for xbox/ps3 we don't contests for this, just say polls at periodic times on various topics with people who fit the criteria Imagine if, say their were the Fighters Graphic Guild that consisted of members whose talents were in the visual side and a Thieves Mappers Guild for mapping inclined people and then temporary badges that the winner would have until the next poll so that only 1 from each 'guild' would have it. I think it would be a good and simple catalyst for us. ...not to mention I've always wanted one though I'm not active on forums that have the system lol
  9. Ah I remember joining back in like 2008 I think, all unfamiar with how forums worked. I have been on other forums since and this is the only one I actively find myself going back to lol. I can't think of any bad things that happened, save for the blackout of the website. Looking forward to the next year and what it brings!

  11. I was thinking about it last night, and I'm going to look into some of the available minigame scripts available and see if I can use those, as this is beyond my eventing ability...
  12. Some of you may recall me talking about a in game sport minigame for Sanctuary called Dragon's Ball. It was planned to be similiar in design to blitzball of final fantasy x(2) but I suck that game(I have never won)so I changed some things around and made it work easier for eventing purposes. Here is what I have done so far, it is a bit buggy, but I hope that it can provide a good idea of what I'm looking for and someone can help me with the design of it. The rules: Teams Hero: The person who jumps for the ball(basketball style) at the beginning), and the person who does all the scoring attempts. They can also pass to Allies to move closer to the opponents goal, making scoring easier.(buggy) 2 Allies: Does no function right not except accept pass from Hero and attempt to throw it back after the Hero moves(automatically) Guardian: Guards the goal. Scoring When the Hero attempts to score, his/her ATK(original value / 10 so that is around 2-4 usually) is put against the number of squares between the Hero and the Guardian and the Guardians DEF(same as ATK formula) If the ATK is higher than the combined DEF and distance then it succeeds. That team gets a point. First team to 7 points win. Regardless of of the outcome of the scoring attempt, the ball is turnover to the other team. Passing The Hero may pass the ball to one of his/her Allies(doesn't matter which right now). The Hero then jumps forward one space towards the guardian. If the Hero is directly next to the other Hero when moving, the latter is pushed back as well. After moving, the Ally attempts a pass back, depending on several factors(which I can't remember) it will succeed or fail. Failing results in turnover. Succeeding results in a forced score attempt. Notes: The red team turn is a bit glitched, not sure how to fix... Download (RMVX RTP Required)
  13. I think its a good idea, its helps when you don't have to look for obscure details about updates in software or releases and advancements that might go otherwise unknown.

  15. I feel like the newer rpgmakers are not targeted towards users of older ones, quite the opposite. Ace and vx did all but say xp and 2k3 sucked. As for the xp and ace thing, what exactly is going on between the two?

  21. ...yeah, the experience was cool, but I didn't know what to do so I couldn't really enjoy the demo as I hoped.

  23. Apparently, I reuploaded the original instead of the updated version...I have to wait until tomorrow before fixing that...that's kinda depressing:/ UPDATE: Reuploaded the fixed version of the demo. It has the rtp in it as well.
