Thats how I have my lore set up with this new book reading script. It also has paragraph formatting which really helps. ...I don't suppose this script could be compatible with VX?

I have changed the antagonist of Sanctuary: Innermost Feelings, which in turn completely resulted in the story line being irrelevant to the new antagonist. I would come up with a new main quest-line plot, but my ideas are often overly complex and convoluted, so I am begging asking for someone who is skilled in writing a full on story to be the story-writer for Sanctuary: Innermost Feelings. I do have a general idea for the plot, but it is still early and unapplied. Respond here or on Fenrir Studios blog, or email me. I suppose here would be the most easiest of ways. I can not stress how important it is to find a story-writer, as it is halting any progress to be made in the game..

I want this as well for VX, but I couldn't find anything*didn't look much though* but I did find a Book reading script which could cover that if one exists for XP. I don't wanna be that guy an say you can just event it through show text commands, but it is a simple solution and with show picture you can create the effect of picking up a book. I wish you luck in this, lore is so awesome to have in a game, it just makes making the game so much easier in the long run.

This brings up a crazy idea I had awhile back. What if there was a online game that members of gdu met in as a additional hub? Maybe something like Gaia Online would suffice? More than anything, it would be better than only interacting via posts and text.

I'll go with Kage Kazumi Noob Saibot, mainly because of his Other Game Engines topic because it can be really eye opening.

So then would this be better than the 30 day trial? Also, I wish they would release the face and chara gen as stand alone software. Its annoying opening ace just for that one feature...

I'm against the graphic limitations as well, since 100% of the graphics in my game are not rtp Are there any new members even involved in the contest? Everyone I'm aware of are staple members.

Interesting, though the limitations kinda suck except if the game was to be really simple.

Wow, a lot was discussed in the pass few days XD(getting away from the urge to lol) So um, as I last asked, is using vx to make a visual novel esque game a viable submittion? There wouldn't be any battlesystem so I'm not sure if it would be fair...

Yeah, 2003 had the best stock battlesystem, everything afterwards was just lazy scripting or a attempt for retro which no one wanted.

A series of Ctrl+F and Ctrl+R resulted in every window in rmvx being resized to the rmxp standard, and with Yanfly's Core Fixes and Changes, it is now a complete but simple overhaul of the rmvx requirements. Just down the scripts.zip and extract the file to the data folder of a rmvx project, being careful to not over-right the original if it contains scripts other than the stock! Scripts.zip

No, it requires the game to be installed to access the data files but the editors are separate software:

RPGToolkit is the same as I remember it, simple but bugged lol Another good choice is 3d Flash Animator, good at what it does the only issue is that it has a memory leak issue and will eventually crash after being open for a extended period of time, so save often lol, in fact my first project of importance was a joint effort between the toolkit and 3dfa and the toolkit was for the game side and the 3dfa was for the launcher. I don't see why the Bethesda modding software shouldn't count since it directly involves the editing and creation of game content.
