I would like to see how this turns out. It sounds really great to me.

It's the FFXII Dimentional Battle System. It's found over at .org, Done by "RTH". I'm still not sure if he is the original scripter or not. If that script is used, just as a heads up, copy the scripts.rxdata. It makes things a lot easier.

Personally, I'm greatly impress with the way VX works. Not so much with the graphics, but those are easily changed. I can't wait until an english version is released. When it comes out, I'm definitely getting RMVX.

Whoops! I also see a second error. Thanks. *off to fix the errors* . . . Fixed! :rolleyes: EDIT: Here are two more. The first one is my battle map (I use GubiD's Tactics Battle System). And the second one is ingame.

Alright, here is the same map, but for the most part, finished. :rolleyes: I changed the road to a road, fixed a couple of trees, and added plants. Here is a pic from the beginning of my game.

Thanks! Yeah, that's kind of the same with me. You find a way to make it better or the story changes, then you usually start over.

Yeah, the map still isn't complete. :P I still have a lot to add to it just as you said. When I finish it, I'll post the finished product. which is soon, I hope. Just as Marked said, try Black Shadow's Mapping Class. I has some pretty good tutorials as well.

I though the exact same thing not too long ago about my maps. The only thing on my maps was a flat ground with no elevation and only one or two trees, but I got better through practice, tutorials, and a mapping academy. I know that you will get better. I too want to see your maps! Here is one of mine. It's the first town in my game. The town is called "Liatia". There are a few cut-off trees, but I fixed those with events.

Hey everyone! I'm Dark Kyros. I'm 19. I'm not quite in collage yet, but I hope to be next year. I've been using RPG Maker for years now. The first RPG Maker I've used was the first RPG Maker for the playstation. Then when RPG Maker XP came out, I switched to that. I use the legal version. I hope to get RMVX when it comes out. As embarrassing as it is to say this, but I've never completed a game the whole time I've had RMXP. The reason for that is probably because my story kept on changing. Now I have a concrete story and hope to finish it this time. The name of my story is "Destiny's Tear". I also enjoy drawing anime and playing video games. Well, I can't think of anything else to say.
