Disclaimer: Eventing the basics of this system are in theory very very simple, all it requires is a few variables I propose adding an affection system along with the parties and personality systems. Since Mono will have a variety of interchangeable party members, how much that character cares for you could play an important role i.e stronger abilities, special skills etc. I think 7 Lvls of Affection 3 negative 3 positive 1 neutral would cover it Negative = they don't like you Positive = they really do like you The ease of getting or losing affection would depend on the character and his or her personality for example: Aelaana will easily like you, Raiga will be predisposed to hate you any suggestions Such as what the affection of a party member would change?

My version of Aelaana With bow and Axsrazta (I made similar to katana but i would change the blade to blue in spriting) I gave her a long sword so she could seem as boss like as sephiroth In fact she could say something like "I told them I wanted it like Sephiroth's, but they had no idea why I was talking about. I'd rather play FF7 than this game." lol

Originally, I was planning on having someone whose familiar with scripting set up the battle system, simply because it would be easier for them to fix bugs and scripters already have experience with the rmxp as a program I would hope that setting up a script is easier than making one

I like that Ar Tonelico thing, i suck with animations though also as I am a XAS abs fanboy i nominate the most recent version of XAS If we do use XAS i recommend waiting till 4 its almost done :D

breaking the fourth wall refers to when a character realizes they are in a fiction and makes fun of the fact breaking the wall between reality and fiction For example on marvel vs capcom Deadpool breaks the fourth wall in a variety of ways His taunts include: Taunt Button, and This is My Taunt (making fun of taunt in fighting games) then when he uses x factor he yells out "Anime Power up Time" finally when u win as deadpool he will literally call out the player saying "Hey, yah you I'm down here bustin my ass while u sit on yours watching me jump around? how is that fair? he also has an attack where he hits you with your own hp bar lol A combo breaker is a character that defies conventional norms btw I like this character a lot, i think it would be good if she break the forth wall cause those are rare in games especially rpgs
