I think you don't need a script, you can use events instead ( it's easier). Give me some time, to work on a demo

I think you sould first, make a simple game, so that you can get used to it, and improving your skill, such as mapping and eventer. That comes first, after that you can concentrate in scripts. 1- 20 frames is a second. about the undims, you have to put the screen colour tone back to 255/255/255. If you want i can make you a demo, so that you can see how to make a proper inn. 2- Go to "tools" / "Database"/ "Tileset"/ then go all the way down till you see "change maximum"/ select it/ and change it to "51". Then if you have already imported, go to the "51" tileset (which is blank right now) and choose "tileset Graphic" and select your tileset, remember that you have to import the tileset first. In the "51" you can also choose the autotiles and that stuff. 3- don't know 4- you sould first pratice mapping. :)

well right now here in Portugal, is almost night, so it's a little cold, but during the day the weather is warm like 22º degrees celsious or more. And we're supposed to be in winter, i guess that global warming is real :P

Well dude, i'm no pro but i think you sould add more houses. You sould also spread more the trees, don't make them so simetrical ( sorry for my english XD), make them more ramdom. And put more grass. Hope it helped ;) Edit: Also if you want to have it split into three districts business, park and residential. you sould at least make a bigger map, or make it like the entrence to the city and then build three more maps ( which will the districts) Like in FF7, where you had sectors

Well, i prefer the ABS system, but that is pretty cool too, it's up to you to decide which one you prefer, try downloading some demos, and see which one you like most.
