overall its an ugly program that was created with shortcuts and work around's. Its almost like an attempt at a more diverse scrive, but it just isnt up to standards. Im terribly sorry, but if I were to use rpg maker, Im not sure I would use pool.

No really, They wouldnt give "permission" to do so, and you dont need their permission. what they would say is that as long is it doesnt infringe on their rights and materials, that you wont be under any legal stress, and as its a 2D fan game, you should be fine as long as you dont gain any, and I mean any at all, money from this.

Im a pixel artist, and I dont really have time for this job, but you would be surprised at how much quality pixel art for games would actually cost now.
