Alright guys i have decided and it was a very hard decision i would stop production of TTHT as of now. I am not saying that i will stop making it for ever i will continue it in the near future but as of now i must get my skills better in rmxp. Infact im not really stopping the production at all I'm still working on it its more of slowed production i should say. I really dont want to work on it anymore until I can get better dialouge, mapping and everything into it biggrin.gif. So for now say goodbye to TTHT. Production will start up again in the near future but VX came out and i also want to start making a game in that so yeah... Ps it is very hard to make a game on your own lol i have my team and we will be working on it soon as well and it will be better then it is now. I do agree a lot of those things annoy me and when i look at it I had both those in The True Heroic Tragedy game i was making :). IF you play my horrible demo you will see a bunch of those and i mean a bunch of those ideas in the cliche story list are in my game which is why it failed. But sewers are always really annoying and have no point in the game. Also havign random battles it is annoying if you have WAY TOO MUCH. IF you have like 1 every 2 mintues in the game that is fine but every 20 seconds can get really annoying. This is why i liek games that have ABS's like Eternal Sonata cause you can 1: Avoid having to battle and 2: It doesn't happen very often!

So as you all know I started a new project called VX Chronicles. Now writing the story was a very good process but it needs a lot of work. So i went to Fayte to help me out on that and tell me what I need to fix and all that :). Well when i did this he sent me a link to a forum where people were talking about what things they don't like seeing in rpgs cause its in too many. It didn't go anywhere fast because no one decided to reply i guess but someone did post a link to a huge list of cliche (unorignal) things in most rpgs. I wanted to share that link with you so you just like me can try and get around most of those things as possible but i would also like to point out that in that thread someone brought up a good point about how its hard to make stories unoriginal: That is a very good point to me because we are so used to how rpg games are now that its hard to make any unoriginal ones without being questioned first etc. I aslo realized that my True heroic tragedies was so unoriginal it had so many things in the list that no wonder people didn't like it much. This is why i post this thread to help you so you dont have a dead game like I did and to maybe fix up stories you have in the future :D. Well since no one replies to project threads anymore lol ;). Sounds pretty interesting its a pretty original idea still has some of the norms in it though. I would say try and think about the story more, why did he want to destroy the earth, stuff like that(just trying to make your story great :D) otherwise it is really good and I cant wait to play the first demo!

The graphics are still horrible now lol. Compare current starwars to the star trek now. You can even compare starwars old to star trek new and see a big difference. I don't even think its star trek's fault its scifi channels they always have horrible graphics and acting its like a requirement, sorry I'm getting off subject lol. They should just stay away from scifi and move somewhere cooler where it belongs and can get the money to have really great graphics etc. Also the best startrek i've seen was startrek nemisis I believe its called

VX CHRONICLES By rpgmakersforum.com's RPGMAKER History Thousands of years ago this world was nothing like today, it was in a great peril. Now it peaceful, then it was nothing of the sort. A war was amidst the world at this time between the darkness (creatures like trolls, orcs, goblins, shifters which were creatures that can form into anything.) and the humans. It started when the creatures the creatures felt the need for power and the only way to get it was to fight the power already in place. The creatures wanted this power because the humans treated them like slaves or just killed them off. . Those who were not unkind like the rest were slaves those who were unkind were seeing as the beasts they truly were and killed. The creatures then created ruins which contained orbs that were activated by gems, when these gems would light up it would let the creatures know they were planning the war strategies. The war soon began and it looked like the humans would soon loose, something had to be done. This war went on for many years, until one day, a great and powerful wizard arose from the battlefield. He summoned the creatures into gems which the creatures had created themselves and trapped them in there. The war then stopped, those monsters un-summoned surrendered and stayed in hiding for many years. The crystals were then shattered into hundreds of pieces and hid from the world. The war was over and everything was peaceful yet again. Story It is not, this time, the time of peace I spoke of earlier that the creatures are once again returning from there hiding places. Lead by another human, a man so cruel he with them search for the hidden shards hoping to re-summon the darkness and finish the war they started! Not many people know about the war as the counsel a collection of twelve people from each city who know the secrets chosen not to reveal those secrets and to tell those who do know to keep it secret. They use all there power to keep the secret away from the people. No punishment was made on those who told the secret but it was said that those who did soon forgot about it completely along with the person who was told. It is now the adventure you are on that people are noticing things. As it gets worse the secret must get revealed, but the counsel continues to fight and keep it a secret from the people. In order to keep the secret they chose one human (the main character) to fin the shards before this other guy does and hopefully destroy him once and for all! IF he succeeds it will keep peace amongst the world and stop the secret from seeking further into human minds. Counsel The counsel was a group created to keep the secrets from the people secrets that would destroy the world forever, create wars, violence, something this world does not need! The counsel was started when a young man saw the war and lived through it. He lived for hundreds of years and saw the history of this world soon being forgotten, only a few chose to remember it, one of them being him. As years passed he began to notice that the history was being forgotten al together and for those who remembered it, it brought chaos. In hope to stop the chaos but still keep the knowing of the history of this place he set out to find the people who knew these things. It was then the counsel was created and passed on for generations. You may ask why not just erase the history completely? Well the man who created it wanted the history of the world to be known as it was a great thing to know at least for future generations when the secret must be told to the world. That time near but its not up to the counsel itself, it is up to the leader of the counsel who is chosen by none other then the counsel themselves. But in the counsel it is every for themselves so it is impossible to be chosen. When, if ever someone is chosen then the secret will be revealed (if the leader so chooses). Main Characters/Other Shiron:Age: 20 This is the main character, played by you. He was born in this world as a second generation son of one of the counsel members. It was one day that while he was traveling the secrets are revealed to him. He is soon captured by the counsel and taken to the counsel meeting place (A church in the biggest town of the world). There more secrets are revealed and the counsel decides to erase his memory but the women who spilled the secrets (who happened to be a counsel member) begs to differ. She fights with them saying that she feels he has goodness in him. Him being a relative to one of the already counsel members he can be chosen. “He already knows the secrets” she fights. So with much debate and conversation the counsel comes to a decision and he is chosen as the new counsel member but to probe himself worthy he must find the outcast member and capture him along with the shard Tetsuya: age: 45 This is a party member who like the women who has the daughter lost in the maze is a counsel member(you find this out or i hope you do when you are in the forest asking what has happened and why the relic is activated and all of a sudden the girl your talking to goes crazy etc) (See demo to get what i mean). Miruki age: 28 This is the women who lost her daughter. She is a counsel member and becomes apart of your team after you are recruited to the counsel. She is really nice but can get mad easily. Other guy (no name yet, no faceset yet): Age: 35 The other guy was born to this world just the same as the chosen one. He was chosen as a counsel member and then outcast. (Yes, if you haven’t figured out already the main character is related to the other guy). Un-blind to the counsel’s identity and the secrets they chose to keep he fled from the counsel so his memory would not be erased. It was then he went over the secrets one more time and plotted against the counsel and went out to search for the shards. Screenshots(LOTS MORE ADDED!!) I voted for starwars :D. Startek is old, the acting is horrible(it is scifi channel) and the graphics etc are not that great. I know its a tv show and all that but still with how much star trek gets in revenue it can get beter graphics etc.

If you could that would be awesome maybe even if you made it just say scrive as there will be future version like scrive 4.0 and i wouldn't want to have it say scrive 3 when its four lol :D

Well since i am finished early pretty much I decided to release it early but for RMF and RMXP Unlimted only! Yours is a bit updated from theres(fixed bugs they found added a bout 6 scripts). YOU HAVE TO SEE THE NEW VERSION IT HAS COMPLETELY CHANGED AND EVERYTHING HERE: http://img181.imageshack.us/img181/7283/15121370xd2.png Alright guys so a major update to this program will be released soon so much that i should just call it version 4.0 but i will keep it as 3.0. I added a custom skin to the program and buttons(those buttons are temp until we get some awesome ones) I now have a team I am working on it with(it is also apart of there company) and we have so many plans for it including a sprite in the corner that gives u tips etc(not as annoying as Microsoft words paper clip biggrin.gif). It now suports VX scripts as well. About 20-30 scripts have been added to the program since last time so theres a fair amount of scripts now. - Scrive is going through a big change now including adding a resource archive to it, possibly a game archive, and much much more!! Doing this will also change the name of the program as it is a compile of three different archives but the names of each separate archive will still be the same. Thanks for the support cheif, try out the next version your going to love it!! The scripts in next version(adding more as we speak)
