hey there, i was just wondering i there was a way, using gimp, to select a pixel and erase every other same pixel on the image? edit-doesn't matter i cracked it :D

ye you can put tiles under it now, i also added the medalions, and edited so it fits together perfectly now, here is a screenshot of the test i did with it: iv replaced the other tileset with the complete one :) edit:i also removed the triphorce from the top door so its optional if you put it on or not, i highlighted them tile pieces as you need them for the corner bits of the slanted walls, but you cant see them as of the color

i only just noticed your last screenshot update, nice work the lighting is very effective, and nice title screen, you should smeer the title in blood or something, it seems pretty clean

it is supposed to be a massive hole in the centre, thats zoomed out so it could just be the scale

ok i fixed it by having two water tiles, one with no movment with a break where the bridge is and the other over laying that fills the gap with movment passible, so i can set switches to turn events turning from through on and of, dependin on the bridges status, but because the bridge generates up from the bottom event, when i pass through it once im behind the event the bridge and door apear over my character, is there a simple way to sort this or am i gonna have to break the event into bits? that will be anoying as the event has like 8 stances edit-fixed the overlaying by setting move routes that change your player to always on top in the right places, i just checked the river and i can walk over it(punches laptop)

hey i got this draw bridge: and its setup on the map like this: i have those events set up as through but i cannot go over it, any ideas what is wrong?

hey guys, im after a city tileset but i dont want it to be to modernized, and it needs much variation of color tones as i hate creating buildings that look the same, thaks! :)

the best way to do that would be to make your maps larger than they should and have your transer events closer in, i have no idea how pokemon do it but it would probably have to be scripted, and i know of none that exist

wat when was this occuring lol, i saw that on google there title is an eclipse but i didnt realize that there was an actual eclipse going on, thats the second i missed now :( -
bread in the 1900's used to contain ground bones for supliments, ps i have seen people lick there elbows, but you have to dislicate your arm :P

did you know that if you put a fly in a freezer for a short period of time then release it, it will fly in slo mo :P

because a river winds does not meen that you cannot use straight sections for your bridges, also a cliff along the bottom with a waterfall might look decent, just so that all 4 faces of the map arnt the same

the river looks a bit basic, maybe if you make it windy and or a lake in it, also utilze the path auto tile, but again make them windy, i think your houses should be more spread out and not inline with each other, houses that are inline with each other usualy only work well when all the houses are atached like in a city or something, but overall not bad :)

have you got photo-shop? all you gotta do is stretch the images but make sure they are still seperated on a 4x4 scale, if you dont have photo shop you can get gimp, its pretty much a free version with less functions, as for cutscenes you gotta event them, so you no the move route comands and the transer player, you gotta utilize these as auto run events, and then when the cutscene is done with, you need to make the event switch change to a blank box, look in the top left of the event page and click new page, now you got this new page it will automaticaly start as this unless you set a condition switch, so on the second event tab you need to set a condition switch to either a normal switch, which can switch multiple events or a self switch, the self switches only switch the event it is on, now you gotta put in the control switch, so when you have completed the event comand stick on a control switch "name" or self switch "A" please note the self switches only work within a set event and the normal switch will control multiple events baring there all set to that switch, the switches are what makes your comands work otherwise they will repeat thereselves other an other again, your story plot is sounding pretty decent, i would probably write up a basic plot line, then post it in the projects and teams part of the forum as people are only viewing this as a help post, so if you want lots more feedback this would be wise, you can always add screenshots and that later to the post to keep people interested in your game, also you could post in the resource requests part of the forum with the sprites you want resizing, if you are having problembs doing so, i would help but im at work on my own project at the min, so my time is limited when im not at work, i know that if you dont have photo shop and use gimp you may have problems resizing them as gimp sometimes stretches pixles out of place unless all the settings are right for what you want it for, people will always be happy to help where they can :) edit- the script your having problems for is because it is in a demo for an older version of rpg maker and cannot be opened with newer versions, unless there is not an actual post of the script on the forum you got it from, or if the maker does not get back to you, you will have to source another script, there are lots that are similar so just have a search about, if you wanted to make a new aproach and have on map battles you would search for an abs battle system, but there a bit more advanced so be warned you will not have a easy ride with one of these
