Well power up was a small example. If [people actually have seen the DBZ then an example would be: Instead of Goku arriving on planet Namek in episode 54 or so, it happens around episode 30, and all the unnecessary screaming-while-building-up-power kind of crap is cut down. It's also remastered, so it's more vibrant, and the sound effects were also re-designed. Plus the Audio (voice) was rerecorded.

I hate not having a working computer. It does suck.

I play RPGs for their story not the graphics or game play. So their is nothing wrong with past or present FF games.

Dragon Ball Z: Kai http://dragonball.wikia.com/wiki/Dragon_Ball_Z_Kai So it is a remake and cuts out most of the useless stuff in DBZ. Like screaming long periods well powering up. I plan on watching. EDIT/UPDATED Alright after watching a few episodes of this new remake of DBZ I have come to the conclusion that I like the original one better. Maybe it is just me, but I like the original character voices and the so called enhanced animation looked the same if not worse then the original DBZ as well. Since it has been out for some time what do you think of it?

This is always a possibility and potential that just about any community faces at one time or another. Someone member thrive on the idea of "being something" thus they become more active. Even our fellow guests would try by joining simply because: "why be just a lame member when you can be staff!" To be honest this in it self is based off you and your other Admin keeping track of what and when your staff comes on. I have seen communities have members labeled staff and it has been almost a year since that "staff" member had been on. The job of staff doesn't stop at the simple ones, but also expanse to the admin. After all updating and improving the site is not your only task as if your "staff" (mods, who ever) become inactive or just don't do their job they are wasting your time and the communities. Something to think about. Perhaps your problem is the type of staff you are looking for (will explain this further down)? To be honest most of these positions are useless and can be done by the Moderators themselves. There is no point or reasoning for having a MODERATOR for tutorials, download manager, gallery manager, etc. This is where you run into "to many staff being active and not the members themselves. The focus here is not staff; even I could tell that from reading this post. As you have stated there is a lack of things being done: resources, projects, etc which is all based on members doing what we think they do because they joined the site. In truth most members join and we may never see them again because they joined and got what they wanted or got what they wanted as a guest. In truth and my own experience I would do something quit different (will explain further down). Perhaps but some of the positions you thought of would simply be "more staff being active then members." In fact here is an example 2 of the six actually MOD. Perhaps it's time to pull the plug or send them a message about what you feel and what will happen if they fail to show or start doing their job as a MOD. Yes, why you don't have one is surprising. It also allows to discuss other issues as well besides ideas among the staff. Alright so as I said above perhaps the issue may relate to some of what you speak, but sometimes "GOING SIMPLE" is what is needed. Moderators Perhaps pick a few and go through the forums and add them where necessary. Having a COMPLETE team of just Global Mods counters the thought of having FORUM MODERATORS. Global MODS Should be no more then two. ===================================================================== ===================================================================== In fact the most basic staff positions are: MODS, G. MODS, Head ADMIN, and ASST. ADMIN. So seeing as how what RMXP Underground is is makes sense to perhaps add the following: Resource Team Graphics team, which sole purpose is to post and bring resources to the community. Take requests and the like. Support Team Sole purpose is to give support in the proper forum. In fact they should respond before a member. Script Team Sole purpose to give support on pre-made scripts and take requests. ============================== ============================== Now some of the positions above may seem like their is more STAFF then members, but this kind of over staff makes more sense then the adding to more useless MODERATORS (not saying current mods are useless just the new positions you came up with). Plus our friendly Resource, Support, and Script team members are not 100% staff as they can not Moderate out side their parent forums. Something to think about.

Yes two character sets to be exact. The total count for graphics for this ASSASSIN will be (when complete): 1) 2 Unique Stance Images each with a diffrent style of clothing. 2) 5 diffrent position Stance Images (total 10, 5 for each Unique Stance Image). 3) 2 Character Sets (one for each color clothes) 4) 2 ATB Chracter Sets (one for each color clothes) 5) 2 Animated Battle Sets (one for each color clothes). 6) 20 Face Images (10 for each color clothes); e.g. happy (smiling no teeth showing), happy (smiling teeth showing), sad (no tears), sad (tears), angrey, shocked, surprised, grinning, and lost/confussed. 7) ATB RMXP Script (custome to my design). 8) Animated Battle RMXP Script (custome to my design).

So you know (coming from a guy who has had a business and knowns basic business laws). There is a issue with your buisness/orginaztions name. Now I am only pointing this out to inform you and if you live in another country (i.e. not in the USA) well feel free to ignore this and check in your own country. Well the section in question has to do with our Community Reviews. VGSA will not give support so it makes sense for us to review communities that do to better help our future visitors. That would be nice. I had an issue with an the old VGS Hub and Joomla and IPB not 100% working together. Issues like logging in to Joomla and having to do it again on the forum.

Is it a mystery why I posted it on RMXP UNlimited Marked? Of course. Even the chracter sets will be in the same style.

Well one thing I have done in the past was open the forum and the site would redirect to the forum untill construction was done. But this time I am going down a diffrent route and deciding to wait to open the forum. In fact I even placed a password on the site and forum itself incase people come across it. As of now I am looking to take my HTML Template and convert it to a Joomla Template which if I did this would mean the site and forum would be intagrated a lot faster. Overall as for a date when the site will open that is TBD. Plus staff will be the main concern before members so overal the site and forum wont be open anytime this month. SOunds odd perhaps, but the scale of this site is large because it will contain SO MUCH information and have a LOT of content. So well construction is being done I am also searching the internet for any and all RPG/Game makers (computer or/and console).

UPDATE: VGS Archive Construction began on the site today; screen shot below: The site will use CSS and HTML when it is launched with a single flash file. Eventually the site will be converted to PHP and be integrated with the forum.

I get on here at work (goverment servers are slow as hell). And the forum load just as fast as it does when I'm at home.

It took me about 3-4 hours. I was at work so I was going back and forth from working and surfing the net.
