You need the game to recognize if you have 8 or more chicken beaks, right? Instead of having it add to a variable, do this: In a control branch, go to the last page, where it says 'Script...' and add this line: $game_party.items[x] >= 8 Where x is the chicken beak's ID. With that, it will check if you have 8 or more chicken beaks. This will set the conditional branch like an If statement. if 8 chicken beaks..., else...

Crap... another Leon... xD j/k. ALthough vx is a nice engine, i recommend XP. greater graphics, imo, as well as better mapping setup. Only thing vx bests it in is the framerate. How i long for that framerate...

You have to alter the initial image, the autotile image.

The autotile works by taking the initial image, and using it in a form of cropping it. so, if the original image has square edges, then your pond will be square.

I beg to differ, i use that window a LOT. Especially with undulation. With it, you don't have to worry about the autotile going funky on you.

You know, the vocabulary on uses doesn't necessarily reflect one's attitude, demeaner, and use of verbage. In fact, I swear like a sailor merely to get my point across as to how bogus something could be, or is in its current state. Not everyone is blessed with the gift of gab; nor do they have the gumption to increase their capacity for the spoken, or written, word. Simply put, complain to your heart's content, but you will always have the small-minded folks who cannot see past the common swear word. Just bear in mind that don't judge their vocabulary from a few simple sentences, for their vocabulary could far exceed your own. I am not ragging on your rant; in fact, I support you. Funny, if you tried to avoid even 25% of these cliche's, you are basically NOT making an RPG; or your game will have some serious design flaws. Further, it is supposed to be for fun. Anyone reading into the non-cliche ones that are supposed to mirror real life really needs to get a life if they are analyzing videogames to taht extent.
