well, while finally getting a shipment of graphics arriving to my MU account =) i was thinking of a new system(well im sure its been done before)... anyways its similar to the PS3 and X360 award system, + the stunt system from inFamous. Stunt Awards: Simple, if you do something stupid, you get it marked on a menu. Example: - Stunt: Go Kill yourself - In battle any battle, kill yourself - Stunt: Make a yo mamma joke - get into an arugment with a child and insult them with by insulting their mom (goes with my Advanced AI set-up).

hellz yea, i'm a huge fan of AC, due to all the nice styles of coolness you take up as an assassin. i would preorder, but dont have the money right now for it, so gotta wait a little after =].

Ok guys, thanks to some of derek's previous tips, and with some of kir's "fotoshawp" tuts he linked me too, i was able to develop a better way to color my art =D! I still have some flaws to work out in the style but what ever lol =) yea i made it a pillowed color =3 just cause its so "bold", but depending on what else i use it for will determine if and how i'll shadow it =D

i get it, he wants a system like... Character A = 1 spot Character B = 1 spot character C= 2 spots Character D = 1 Spot if character A B and C are in the party then you have "4" spots taken, so D can not be in the party... um doing this would be weird through events... i suggest learning script =D other than that, know that you'd need a common event based on variables, where the character with more spots would +2 that variable's constant.... the theory in my head would be a long and complicated process...

no im still glad you did =O, i've learned a little trick to use on my art =] im actually digitalizing one of them now ^^ as for the light thing still, i've gotten closer with it but still eh... lol

x.X still kind of off, and the results only led me to some interesting new things to do in PS =o but still not exactly what im looking for lol, thanks tho man, i'll show you what i meant when i figure it out and put it in mah demo. thanks for the help tho man =]

KH is an interesting game... both fun buy annoying... I hate the fact that Sora has to use a BLUNT weapon to "cut" things while rikku gets to use an ACTUAL BLADE... non the less the story is awesome, and mickey is a bad --- (thats why im looking forward to Epic Mickey *drools*) but i cant help but notice the game was "imaged" for a yougner crowd... but the game mechanics go so hard... I have a personal wish to have a remake of KH called "Kingdom Hearts: In Blood n` Bonds" with a M rating... (no extra gore needed, but some blood and damaged images would be nice)

yea thats the one i read, and it helped with shadowing in cosmetic lighting of maps of minimum sizs... thats not what im aiming for, im trying to go beyond that. with an actual light shine lol, dont worry about guys i'll handle it ^_^ i seem to be unable to explain it clearly.

x.X im looking more for an actual photoshop guide thing... i know about anchoring pictures for any map, and im a semi-pro at photoshop, but when it comes to anything NOT abstract, im lost lol. which brush, should i use lines, yada yada yada... i mean i could just keep trying... but i dont have that kind of time lol.

Well, I'm dabbling in lighting effects, and i would like some added advice/tips on it. I've seen the cosmetic light tutorial, and loved it of course, but now i want to go even further with bigger maps, and different types of lighting. Example- I've seen about 4 games with a light effect with light shining from the top left corner of the screen... i have yet to be able to recreate that image myself in photoshop xD. so if anyone has some tips and advice with lighting... or any advice i welcome all ^_^

trying to stay away from scripts on this project. =] i'll dabble deeper into scripting each project i go along + the DLC for each one.

I was wondering if anyone has tried doing a fog to simulate a different type of nature. everyone knows the shadow of leaves fog thats in the rmxp prepacked graphics, but has anyone ever tried to do like cheery blossoms falling? for instance, an exact pink floral design with a transparent background/edge? I want to know if anyone ever attempted it and might have some premade resources to make my day a bit easier =/... i barely have enough time as it is... =3

lol, i can try to make you an even better title if you want me to. all you need to do is supply me with these: -Font -Images you would like in the picture -A description of what you want it to look like -overall theme IE: Dark, Light, Mature, or kiddie =] i will do it just to be in your credits ^_^

[uPDATE] All systems are strung together by a global system called "CZZC Network of Systems" [bETA] the "network" is simply all my systems that are 50+% completed, organized neatly and effectivly while bouncing information off one another. -Exmaple: the AI System is based on data bounced from the Time System, and some AI have info bounced off from the [NEW SPAWNING SYSTEM]. look at vids of the beta, and look at vids of the actual game. the developer had to make the decision to downgrade the graphics so they could render faster in huge exploding fights lol, which also why every destructible building collapsed the same. they said it was a hard decision =/.

hey derek, question, what brush settings did you use for the stroke when you right clicked and stroked the lines? btw, thats awesome and thanks for the tut =], you just helped me increase my art profession 10 folds. you rock bruh

i enjoyed this game greatly, but i did hate the following: -Downgrade on graphics -Redesign of the outfit I understand the company had to tone down the graphics due to epic lag in huge battles, but seriously... also the white hoodie with tan vest was far better than the black leather jacket. but overall, this game pwns all, if only there was a god mode after beating game lol.

OH man when i say this looks good i mean it looks GOOD! I'm young but even i've seen the original mickey mouse. I never got why they changed his personality reason =/. at any rate i will buy this wii exclusive or steal it due to pure lust for this game! i usually dont support disney due to them being racists, but i cant deny my MM... specially the original classic personality mickey. im sooooooo dieing to get a demo!

you personal lighting effects makes me want develop my own light system =D... but sadly i just want to finish the blasted huge leveling tree!... great work man ^_^ cant wait to play an actual play through demo and then full game man =D also though, your new maps could use a little touch up. there's a few mistakes =)
