I choosed to be a game developer because I love art. And video games is a fantastic representation of art. Lets say that I like literature I like to read stories that are out of this world. Emotional stories. Of course I can create my own stories using a pen and paper. I can be a story writer for books. But I as a kid I saw that video games can have interactive story with of course epic music, sound, atmosphere, etc.. while we live we will make choices. And many of those choices are difficult to choose. I choosed to be a game developer because it's worth it. I don't care about the money. I care about making video games look like an art.

I faced this situation once. First of all your GF mother does have a point in not liking you. if your being EMO parents will always refuse depressed and un-motivated people in their life. Now if your GF had a reason to love you it is her reason. Anyway, I recommend you to always be motivated and full of energy. Your GF's mother is a female(obviously) and they always see what qualities you have and see if your worth it... To make a good impression be educated with the mom. Be someone who's generous and try and be social with the mother. That way you'll start gaining acceptance from the mother. Also demostrate that your honest for your GF and always there for her. Now don't always think of visiting her. Take her out somewhere and if you guys need to do a school project go to a library. Well this worked out in the past for me. I hope you do take a bit if attention of my post. Remember Men are supposed to be confident and happy. Not EMO. Idk it's a thing...

Gah! I've never been good with programming with game engines. i have a lot of typos in them. but i do have a skill where i understand them and i can edit them without making too much errors. sorry dude i don't know anything similar like Ruby. However i do know Java even though i'm still learning it.

@Mark You've been following Kim Dotcom haven't you? About the homosexual topic. I've seen interesting theories about homosexuality and a good theory is that homosexuality is something natural because it could be nature's way of controlling thr human population. And us humans are not the only specie that can be homosexual. Nature does the same thing with animals. Swans for example. Lets move on with the internet freedom topic. A couple of years ago the United States presented two bills named SOPA and PIPA in which it only reason was to censor the internet well of course in the United States. Sure we've had bills similar as this like ACTA but the internet is so powerful that it makes a powerful billionaire into a normal person. I've been supporting internet figures such as Kim Dotcom who supports internet freedom and fights greedy hollywood companies. The internet is the face of humanity because you can speak out your words without being censored and anonymously. We have more information on the net. And we can learn about more stuff then we do in school. This is the internet. And of course we don't forget about the porn.. Right mark? That 1.5GB file....yeah...any sneak peak?

Our world is dying. The life force that runs through our world is being poisoned. Everyone is looking at us. They are begging us to cure this world. What choice do we have? If this world ceases to exist, we do too. How the Elves came to be is unknown. We are unsure of or purpose, unsure of why we are here. But one thing we are sure of... This world is our home, and we will defend it with our lives. My name is Eira, and this? This is my story. Okay, i downloaded your game and as expected less then an hour. I see where you are going with this story. However i have to be brutally honest with you. This story of "the world dying and the life force of the world is poisoned" is already used a lot in many games. Take Final Fantasy VII for example. It has the same story concept but it doesn't have Elves. I don't want you to change your story settings because i am not developing this game in any reason. If you do decide to use this story concept go ahead; I've seen games that use the same story concept and have success using the same formula. I do have to give you feedback with this story concept. Even if you are using a cliche story-line, i do suggest you to make the character background that makes the story more interesting. Right now i'm guessing that the game is still in-development stages and i cannot comment on further stuff. Your main character "Eira" could become the main interest of the whole game but be sure to focus the game on other characters and not just Eira. Maybe it could be Eira's first love or an important loss. Come up with something that you feel that it's correct and that it's suppose to be in-game. One last thing, I realized that your cut-scenes are simplistic, which for me is not bad, but if you want the game to be more lively add more detail to the cut-scenes if you can. If you execute your game correctly we may have a huge success of a game here. The game has a lot of hidden potential, i can see it from the developer's point of view. Well that's my feedback, i hope i wasn't so harsh with you. if i was i'm really sorry and don't be sad if i was.

I downloaded the game, but i been struggling to play it. I have school work to do and stuff and i can't allow myself to get distracted by playing. I think you'll get your feedback from me on Saturday because Friday i'm mostly free for the whole day.
