I wasn't into ur discussion lol but I think I might be able to help. Extract the demo, Then make a blank project then copy a file named "Game" from the blank project folder and paste it in the demo folder (yes, overwrite it) open the demo with RMXP and u r done, u won't see the error again, I hope.

I'd like to see some full body characters. Also there are a lot of basic tutorials out there. I think you can find them with a simple search.

Omar mentioned some basic things, I don't like to talk about them so I'll go with the part that I love "Basic Story". I personally believe that everyone who starts game developing has a dream, And he/she has found game developing as a tool to make his/her dreams come true or at least has some ideas to make a game. I usually start with a base and a 100% mind blowing idea. Then write it on my mind (It's my way, you can use a paper instead :P) and then add some branch ideas that I think can be nice to be a part of game...Some ideas that make me excited (You can also inspire from the sources that Omar mentioned, I did it for my current game but I won't recommend it anymore, It's good for start though. These ideas can be totally random, But make sure it's exciting). Now I've an unfinished sketch. To finish it, I think about some common things in other games and try to turn it upside down (!) and add them to the base story. Also I usually don't think about game setting/time/environment before the story is done. The story itself leads me to the right path which it deserves (Attention it's MY way, Not sure if you like/understand/accept it) Did I say too much? LOL I can write a longer post with examples to make it more clear if I get some attentions ^^

Persian and Arabic numbers are the same (You write them the same but pronunciation is different) so it's Persian :P and I don't know Mayan numbers lol so Û±Û² and I bet you can't pronounce it lol It's "davazdah"
