I have one thing to add. The Debate and Mature Discussion section is a place for everyone to share their opinions, and to gain insight on a particular subject. This site as a whole is a place where we all have a common interest: creativity. This site is our portal to envision, create share. We can't discuss and share our common interest unless we do so with a kind attitude; that's what makes this site so special. IGM is the English version of AGM.. The help file should be in english unless you have the Japanese version.

I'm pretty sure there is a decent amount of information in the help file, so check that out. I don't know IGM at all, so I can't help. >.<

Leave the part of the map you want the panorama to show white like this: Then make a new event and click on map settings, from there change the panorama to whatever you want. (The default is the mountain one so I'm just going to leave it for my example.) In game it will look like this:

Yes you will be able to use it without internet. However you can only use it on one computer at a time. And the computer you use it on has to have internet at the time of purchasing it. After that it doesn't need internet.
