Well I also left for a long a$$ time as well & when I came back I wasn't an Admin. I mean it made sense to lose the position after not being active for a couple or few years.

From my research it seems to be Engine 001 re-branded. After installing it & going to the destination folder its exe file is 001.exe; which is the same as Engine 001. Plus, people on forums talking about it also feel its just a poor rebranding of Engine 001 & others like it. I actually bought Engine 001 for $99, but this re-branding is $69.99. But so far it just looks like a rebranding of Engine 001 (which yes is still available; per the link I provided). The maker also has its own site: http://ggmaker.com/ However, after installing it it didn't add an icon to my desktop or the start menu. EDIT: Also I guess Engine 001 is considered the free version (no 3D games & no commercial games) where as GG maker is the commercial version & supports 3D & you can sell your games.

Has anyone messed with this maker by the creators of the RPG Maker series? Your thoughts, opinion, etc. Info: http://www.rpgmakerweb.com/download/free-trials/trial-gg-maker

Thank you. I plan on droping in at least once daily to the forum. Yes, just GamerRant & another channels for RPGs, but I got board with it & moved on. Thank you. Though last time I was an Admin that was YEARS ago at least over 8 years if not more. Yes , the diffrent mapping layers were nice in XP. It sems for every step they take forward they go back two steps in other areas with their software. Thank you. Ironicaly I only ever made one game & that was in Game Maker version 4 way before the company Yo Yo Games got it. When it came to RPG Makers I mostly just learned how to use them & helped people out. Hopefully that changes this time around. How many people have left? Anything is possible. People come & go on forums.

Just found out about the new RPG Maker a few days ago. Though I haven't fully messed with it I do like overlapping map layer. Though in my opinion they could have added a tactics battle system as well, but C'est la vie. Anyway I don't really do YouTube any more so its back to hobby game making.

One cannot go there to get permission to use as archive.org is simply a site that archives other websites and forums. Permission isn't needed unless one plans on making a commercial game and even then who knows if the creator is still around on other game making based web sites/forums. -

"Overly violent...." That is just funny within itself...Mortal Kombat being overly violent. I must ask do you live in a shell?

Given my username I'm sure some saw this topic coming: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oFNDnUYvsTo The game looks cool, but I'm not liking that some characters wont be in it. I am still waiting for a Mortal Kombat Trilogy 2 (if no one remembers it was the first MK game to have all MK characters). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=425ZDmnbMoM

It's Probably Something Simple (HTML/CSS Help)
Noob Saibot replied to Noob Saibot's topic in Programming & Web Development
It's not a navigation, but filter buttons. -
There was no jumping around. In fact making a new topic would have done such a thing. I hope you're not confused as we talked about this a while back in the message system to which I still have the conversation if you have forgotten it after so long. As we had discussed this is a simple HTML static/Jquery system and with out a logical way to rate all the software out their or get such information would require a more user interface such as PHP. As for a description I'm not going to write essays for each one describing it and thus a link to the website for more information will suffice. UPDATE [spoiler=1st Update - 7/28/2014] Alright here is the first update with some more info and sample screen shot. Section ONE are the filter buttons and section TWO is where the software icon and name will appear. By clicking on any software icon information will appear in the SOFTWARE INFO box (number THREE).

On the home page you have the word MADE, but it should be MAKE. Also do you have any working games made with Maker3D?
