Hmmm, will check out later in detail, but off the bat my thoughts are: Volume of the crowded village (out side house) could be lowered. No real sense of direction of what to do in the beginning. I just ended up opening chests in the house and then wondered around an over crowded village (my opinion).

I see no point unless you just combine the two in one section.

Actually Kick Starter and other sites like it are not obligated to force the starter of the Kick Starter to use the money for what they claim they will use it for. It says it in their Terms of Use/Service. However, it could have a negative impact on the person if they fail to deliver the "prizes" or use the money as they stated they would, but legally Kick Starter will not take action and that is up to the people who donated money.

I like the blue the best. You should add a background changer to display RM Maps...perhaps even have contents to get your map selected as an option.

Game Developer Software List: Update The GDSL is currently being updated with a new design I found on this very site (here). This will be a simple static HTML jQurey system. What Happened to the Original Redesign? Well sadly I got a new computer and forgot to get all my stuff off of it before wiping it clean. So this new design will use a design created by one of our long time members, Chief. What is Fantasy Realm? Simply put it is a tutorial series I am working on to give you advice and tips for creating an RPG game. What is the Characters part? Each tutorial is going to focus on a different aspect of creating an RPG video game, and the first one is going to focus on characterization. Who will be writing them? Well of course me, but it is possible (and likely) that I will get advice from people who have made a successful game and/or tips from a published writer. Who will be editing them? Well, I'm not the best editor so the initial releases may have errors in them, but all will be professionally edited by an editor after the initial release. What make you (me) qualified? In truth what makes any writer qualified? After all advice is advice no matter who it comes from. However, in the realm of writing many writers like to do things differently. Furthermore, I would imagine working to get my Bachelors degree in creative writing should stand for something. How will they be Released? They will be released in pdf version for free. Well, completed edited ones will be released and downloadable from my writers website. However, initial releases (bare minium editing) will be available from Google Docs. No. I have been working on the images (editing) to fit what I wanted for about a month now. The concept I got about 1.5 months ago. I just never posted it casue I wanted to make sure I would continue it first.

Does any one have the World Tileset and Interior/Exterior tilesets found at rpg-palace.com? Their site is down for maintenance and I need them. These tilesets where created for RMXP way before VX showed up. If you have them and can e-mail them or provide download link please send me a PM or reply to this post. I have always said that RMVX Ace was nothing more than an updated version of VX with an added word in the title to trick people into thinking it was new. So if they made an "updated" version of RMXP what would you like to see in it? I would like to see: 1) An extra map layer. 2) Latest RGSS (even though I don't script). 3) Vehilce support with no script needed. 4) And I guess any cool upgrades they added in Ace from it's VX version. 5) Add On's -- To allow others to add features in it (would great for when the developers stopped updating or supporting it)
