Here's another screenshot, which contains the parts I used for SCMikes battler. Which when you put all the parts together looks like this: So, the idea would be to have many parts. In that screenshot I have two heads, you could easily make that battler into Arshes wearing strange cloths. For this idea to work, you would have many parts.

Ok, this one is 117x195. I could try and shade it in photoshop to make it fit the styles of your game. But you know I'd stuff that up. At least after three years someone attempted it.

Ok. Last night I had time to work on the battler a bit more. Tell me what you think: The advantage of making it in flash is that I can animate it, and that I can make it any size without it losing quality. When I was making this, I had the character set beside it the whole time. So, it should match the characterset.

Yes. This forum uses the latest version of IPB. Also, you will need your own host. You cannot get a free forum like the service you use now. We used to be on invisionfree, and because of that we lost the database and had to start over. Which is a real shame. Everything that was made from the beginning and formed what the forum is now has been lost.

I'm a member at this forum. My posts make you think Im "More of a member". I don't know why. The reason I made the posts I did is because I found it funny about what Advent Cloud was doing on your forum. Remember this PM you sent me? I gave a good link didn't I? Not that the skin you have is that bad. I don't mind it. Don't like the centering though. I made one Invisionfree skin once, which I posted on one of the skinning forums for members to use. That is a good thing. So that means that it's only my video that has bad quality, and that's not anything to do with the script. If your computer is slow though, the video will be laggy.

Not too sure what you mean. But, tell me when you get logged out next time, if the link starts with http:// or http://www. That is how I fixed this problem originally. If your url starts with http://www. then you should stay logged in.

The quality of the movie is not the best, because I quickly just made it for the demo. Open the movies folder and play it in a media player to see what it should look like. On my computer, in RPG Maker XP, it doesnt play well at all, but my computer is really slow. So that may be the problem there. I am unsure why it does not play again. It should...but I don't know how to fix that. Sorry. Where's the scripting teacher when you need him. I also added this to the downloads manager, which no one seems to be using. It is a .MOV file(Quicktime Movie), I do not think it will run on Windows Media Player, but it will run on Real Player and QuickTime Player. I made that file type to try and decrease the file size.

SCMike, is this battler supposed to be holding some kind of weapon?

Yeah. I have decided to remove the home button because I will work on the website later. Possibly never. It depends if it will benefit us. It turns out, the way I did the html for menus made it mess up in IE. The funny thing is that I think the menus were made for IE. I also fixed the logging out problem. So, topic closed. If there are any more problems, please make another topic.

Today I was working on a loading graphic for the forum, which didn't turn out as I wanted. But when I was making it, I had an idea. I wasn't sure of what to call the title...but anyway, the idea is to make battlers similar to the way you would make characters with a character maker. In flash, you can turn pictures into symbols. So, like a character maker you can move things around and join them together. This is all done in Flash. So anyway, I made a video to show what I mean. It's me messing around in flash with the Arshes graphic i drew, but it shows what I mean. I didn't really do any shading, so dont be put off by that. I replaced the posts icons from the skin, to the nicer looking ones, and added two RPG Maker ones. This one is for your RGSS Scripts: I noticed Leon using this one(Icon13), so I changed it to the RGSS player icon. Secondly, this one is for your projects: If the old ones show up, you just have to refresh the images. If you have any post icon suggestions, then please tell me.
