well i wouldnt say much of anything being stolen, but i will be steali--I er mean obtaining one of these only because i've had likke 3 xboxes... 1 RRoD, 1 short circuited, and my last one had the unreadable disk RIGHT AFTER the warrenty, and when i found how to fix it, my brother pawned it for 90$ that he kept for himself -.- ... the thing was still worth at least 150 <_<.... I go about this way, first i write the story, as Kiriashi the great has stated. then i determine what kind of game will it be... a rpg focused on battles, dialog, compelling history... and then i base the levels of dev off of that. if you're going to use pre-made scripts, i suggest installing those first to test them out quickly. then i start working on the database a bit. then i get more maps down, and then work on level of priority. keep in mind tho, a NEAT DATABASE is A GOOD FRIEND! once you finish it, go through it and tweak all the little things to make it even more dramatic and sweet

lol thanks, the inspiration came from fable though. The baby stage is exactly what a babyhood is, early development of you. the choices you make starts the complex binary tree for skills and personality and how you'll be able to act with people. and even though you're a baby, the decisions you make does impact the story. Nothing THAT major, but something that comes close to the heart lol. and now that I have broken my old code of not using premade scripts, i can focus more on other aspects... =/ after this project im gonna spend my time scripting x.X (random statement i know). again thanks for the encouragement =]

Kid: Here, you learn about socializing, and government systems. Here you'll meet possible friends and allies, and even possible enemies. You continue forming your personality during this stage, and you'll gain your passive abilities and special abilities here. You may also get a head start on the farming part of the game, and even stock up on some early equipment. Teen: This is where you really begin :D. You get your first blade and are allowed to wonder out and discover new things! From here on you can begin to make a name for you, start some quests, and mysteries, and find friends and allies... and make a few enemies! -Soul OverLord System Minkoff Animated Battle System +Soul Rage and coco's weather system Leveling: Leveling is different for the main character. The only thing that increases as you level is your Ability to dodge and your Ability to strike critical attacks. Other stats are increased by special training, special events, special battles, or special items. `---->You wont have to worry about your counterparts on the other hand, they'll increase all of their stats as they level. You can always help them with special items, but when it comes to their special training, they'll reject some types. Example: Sirea is a samurai, so she wont take any ninja training or projectile training. Weapons: Weapons are set for every character, but what is changeable are the parts for the weapons. Archaic Spheres can be equipped to all weapons, and are most common for basic effects. There're possible actual possible weapon parts that can only be equipped for specific weapons as well, for example, the hand guard for a sword can not be equipped to a bow or a gun. Armor: Armor is set as well. They have the option to be equipped with modifications though. From Archaic Cubes, to things such as a dragon scale, wolf fur. You can even coat the armor is dragon saliva... Stress System: The stress system works with a constant effect. With the HUD you'll see your stress level at the top left of the screen. This is the normal bar. this means you're neither relaxed nor stressed. `---->There are two colors other than normal. Red and Green now there are 3 different tones for both the green and red. Dark Natural, and Bright. Dark means Lv.1 of Stress/Relax Natural means Lv.2 of Stress/Relax Bright means you're at Max Stress/Relax Now what stress does, actually effects a lot in a little way. Some conversations may change if you're stressed or relaxed, and you'll respond differently causing different outcomes. In battle on the other hand is something different: When relaxed, your mind is calm, allowing you to think more in battle. You'll dodge more and find yourself missing a lot less. Stress is a double edged sword. You're angry cranky, and frustrated. Your attack will be increased, but you'll miss more, and take more damage. Dev. O.o im working on my own sideview animated system as well... taking my time since im a noob at scripting, but im sure i can at least get a base of the system done. my advice is look at the methods used by other people, like minkoff, but dont copy their work x.X lol.

To put it simple, if i might. There are three things that dominate this world "Political Views(Government)" "Religion" and "War" racism started with Government(Egypt); If you were the lowest class, you were a slave simple... when it comes to the African Americans, it came to Religion... they treated them such as animals therefore trying to say "Dominion Over you" and the whole thing about the bible saying be loyal to your master ect. now when it came to these religious ideals, it was locked, I'm surprised that we got this far as blacks as actually lol. anyways because of that, true hard nut cases really believe that blacks are mere animal. and even though im Black, i'm sad to say, I dont believe our people will ever fully rise, I honestly do believe we're doomed lol.

switches are just like what they're called =] think of it as a light switch. if the switch is on then the light is on. now make the switch, your switch, and your light, the object to be controlled by the switch ^^ for instance the character is looking left, now if the switch is on, he's looking right =D

tilesetting is not that hard, just long... really long, if you can not find a tileset spriter then you're basically somewhat screwed at a quick fix. other than that you have decide on your own man =] i think they're good from the screenies, but if you want to make improvements then make them lol.

Alright guys, I've done a LOT of research on Dr.Rev.Mr.King and you need to know, "speeches" was not his only "thing". the man faught bravely in the middle of any racist stage, from courts, to speeches, to riots, all to where he himself was also put in jail. Well being a wolf fanatic, im going to base the manga around the shinto religion with the 10 gods, all being forms of wolves. These gods were used by top warriors of a race now called "Angels" and "Demons" in the modern area. There are different "Sets" of gods all apparent within a bloodline with one to rule among that set. (IE. a Wolf set, Fox Set, Bear Set) there are about 7 tie-ins to the plot all ranging from the Kingdoms that each Clan (the people who were under the bloodline of a God Set), and the one ruling person that everyone call "Essence". =] I'm proud to say that i've gone deep with-in roots of setting up a lot of the names and i even went back to make sure they were accurate (like how I had the pronunciation of Zetsumei but spelled it Setzune x.X) but the thing about that is i know people are gonna flame an e-mail or two after the words "Susanoo" and another one of Uchiha Itachi's jutsu pops up because it just happens to be one of the Shinto gods x.X. lol =3. I thank you for taking interest in the story ^_^ i just hope i can become a better artist for you and others lol.
