In rmxp when importing, black is the color that tells it not to make transparent for some reason. I tried importing it and the black stayed even knowing i set it for transparent.

Works great and looks awesome but you might want to use a different color for the background like this. Transparent area Blue

Fully agree Im XP all the way. I cant stand VX. There little characters and tilesets. I hate there tilesets dont get me started on them. I would say the only good thing to come to VX is the Scripting. If you could have a better and bigger tileset and better characters i would use it. EDIT: 800 Posts

Well im not Leon but i know what your talking about. So yes. You would want to look for this if Input.trigger?(Input::B) You can change it where B is. If you want a complete custom controls you can use Keyboard Script By: Cybersam. But its a lot of work cause you still have to go through every script either way.

Most you know already that you can hold shift while making maps to make it where the autotiles dont get messed up when trying to put things on top of them. So no need to put full objects on layer 3. By full i mean they take up the whole 32x32 square and have no transparency. Try it out. I know i know everyone knows this. Just thaught i would let you know.

If you want i can whip you up a skip title screen script and you can use events to make your intro. My game's title is all event based.
