I could throw some windowskins and battler/character recolors in it. Or we can make a starter pack with all the resources from our members EDIT: Marked i like the new look of the site.

I use box.net for all of my file uploading needs. You get 1gb space and it never gets deleted. You can create a topic for it and link it to your project file there for now. Until something gets figured out.

Yep you can. RM2k/3 have there character sets split into 8 sets into 1 i think so all you have to do is take the character you want and cut it into 1 character per set instead of 8. If you need an example just ask.

they should make it where if you kill someone you will lose your hand, arm, leg, foot, fingers or toes. That might slow down killing cause no one wants to lose any of them things.

I think if you have taken a life you life should be taken. It will sure lower the costs of prison and the amount of killing.

Well tileset E is for your stuff. You put whatever you want there. I don't know what you could put there but search on Google for RMVX Tilesets and you might get something.
