To still, this doesn't have to be exact to history. I was looking at merging the traditional RPG with the woman oppressions of the 1920's-1940's.

I was looking at more along the lines of how it was back int he 20's when women weren't allowed to even vote. Imagine what it'd be like to be a girl and want to be a knight in the 7-800's. It'd really suck.

Although the game has died, the previous SP gained from it should get dispersed, soon as i find out who has the permissions to do so, OR when i have permission to.

A young female knight oppressed for her gender by her Lord, sends her to find why her brother has defected from the Knighthood; but when she discovers the figure isn't really her brother, she must fight back against oppression, exile, and discrimination, while she tries to discover what really happened to her brother; gain new allies, and help defend her homestead against a growing conspiracy.

Well, i can write some major scripts. just not a Battle system. Hate those bastards. as for the switch/variable type person; wouldn't that fall under the eventer?

I have no problem developing scripts, and controlling the overall inner machinations of the game. Anything outside of a battle system is nearly 100% doable by yours truly.

Exactly as ark said. For instance, for every 1 point you give me, i will write 3 lines of a script. But, i suggest you have atleast 25 points before requesting a small script. Some of the larger scripts require upwards around 6-700 lines.

May I ask why the site would make a remake of Quest64? I mean, for the site to be respectable, we should have an original game; else it looks like we are a bunch of copy cats. I'd hate for the site to lose respect in that aspect...

battle system is difficult. as for your edits to the window_message, i suggest Dube's Custom Messaging System. Menu is a piece of cake, same with teh spirits bit, for the most part.

The game was untitled, but it was going to be an AMMORPG ran in real time. But since when the game is not hte main window, it goes into 'sleep', certain key events wouldnt happen, so I had to scrap it. Really pissed me off. Anyway... back on topic: I think Kiri's is the better sig. EDIT; Updated my sig with new info! "Name that Game" can now be found in my sig as well as the thread.

Mine sucks. lol. Just a few quotes and a shot from a game I never released cuz of the Microsoft network setup.

I would hate to see the site project go down in flames, but I also refuse to vote. I can attempt to help with scripts, but I cannot give a 100% guarentee because it is based on the already implimented scripts, and what scripts you would want. Further, I cannot help with much other aspects, because my own personal project inhibits that a bit. (And none of you know what that project is! *Gives a full-hearty laugh*) Now, to do the scripts, i would need a copy of the current project to look at the implimented scripts, and i would need to know exactly what scripts would be needed. I would like to help, I just dont want to fully commit to something and be way in over my head. Yes, i can script very well, but at the same time, I haven't the time to sort through 20 scripts just to see what is blocking one of my own.
