Ah snap, Marked! Its brilliant! And really easier to use, and it had a lot to pic from! Great job! Here's mine :hehee

Hmm.... The sprites on that site should work....oh wait, have you've tried VX? The thread said XP, but maybe they got it wrong. Resizing can be simple, if you use RealWorldPaint instead Paint by Windows. :)

Welcome to the forums, first of all, and thank you for sharing! I didn't know about the first and last generator you post :o Thank you! Also...I already knew Kiriashi was famous :hehee

^ I couldn't do anything when I joined either. My spriting sucked when I first started, like really, really bad. But I kept practicing. Take it from a Novice like me -- if you want to sprite, just try and keep trying! I started with copying a style to Pokemon. If you want to try, you should give it a shot.

I don't think XP can handle a sheet big enough for all of those :o Have you've tried the layer trick to set them up in the right spot? Using GIMP is easier. If you haven't, I'll explain. In GIMP, create a new layer and click it so you are on that newly created layer. Open up your Ragnarok Spritesheet and grab the first sprite stance you need and then place that one sprite over the matching sprite of the original template and continue until you have all your sprites in the right place. Once that's done, you should see the original sprites behind the ones you just put on. Select the first layer, right click and say "delete" it should delete the first layer and all the old sprites. But if you followed the pattern, your new sprites should be aligned perfectly to work with XP or VX. :>

If not for spriting, then scripting? I was sure that it would require changes to the sprite, unless there is some script out there that places the the "weapon" (for example) on a left or right hand. But I'm not sure that exists....
-
Then that requires spriting, does it not...?
-
I don't understand either... Do you want two different characters one lefted handed the another right-handed?
-
lol I was just about suggest that xD I found everything I could for Mario, so I hope those posts/thread really helps you! :D

I seem to have come to a stopping point.
CrimsonInferno replied to Ecowolfsteen's topic in Stories and Literature
Ah... I was reading through a book made by an author, and she explained that sometimes a writer will reduce too much of their story or ideas, in your case. All authors will feel this way. Before I finished my novel, I threw three very large drafts away before I just decided to continue through with it and then I edited it after I finished and did that some more. You just have to keep writing the idea, its going to get better and better and better as you write and improve it. lol Exactly what I was going or trying to, say! That's entirely normal as long as the rewrites don't completely change it to a different story. As long as it stays on its course with story and general plot, its normal. :> Or at least what I've read and heard from authors who sell their books by the zillions xD -
I seem to have come to a stopping point.

So you can't get the idea flowing on paper, is that the problem? -
Welcome to the forums! I hope you stay active and post lots! :D Glad you use the older systems, I liked them a lot more simply because they looked like Snes games. :sweatdrop:

Isn't this what you have to change? I haven't tested it, put it looks like it. :sweatdrop:

I like it alot more than the RTP. It looks neater, and looks like it matches the taller grass. But that's just me xD
