Yeah I agree. I saw a documentary on this subject. A main about it is that prostitution is dangerous. One of the reasons it is illegal in some countries. The are usually woman so have a physical disadvantage if things go sour, and with some of the men picking up prostitutes, that may not be uncommon. So the with the men with disabilities, they go to a controlled environment, get what the want, and its a safe and mutual transaction. EDIT: Oh, the government is encouraging it? No I don't think that's good. It's almost like a (UN?) country saying 'no, climate change is fictional': it may be beneficial or the right thing, but its not a socially undesirable thing to say.

Yeah anyway, enough of that argument. You always run into trouble in a conflict when the interpretation of what one or the other meant, etc. I mean if I were to do that, I'd say something like: when Kiriashi says 'to me its the best' then thats not an opinion, because thats a fact of preference. Now was Kiriashi referring to his preference or stating his opinion that the site is the best? See my point, its pointless. None taken, we certainly do not have all the resources and scripts that people may need. I suppose a site is about content, but it can be taken a lot further. It's a huge coincidence that I ended up in charge of a site that lasted 5 years. But I'm sill learning a lot of new things about how to improve user experience and the functions of a 'community'. I did realize that RMXPU has many more room for improvement than normal, in fact I could almost describe the last year or two as depreciation of the site. But I got things in the works. I don't think we're like any other RPG Maker community.

To those of you who thought you couldn't sell an RMXP game with the RTP, where did you hear that? I can't believe Kiriashi didn't know that :P That's probably illegal though.. It's supposed to be used with the engine. Are you sure? Doesn't really make sense that you are allowed to sell games with the RTP but not the scripts.

If you're using the term 'business' loosely and just plan to exchange simple goods or services then I don't think you need any formal license or anything like that. What's your business idea? You can trust me. :)

I can't stand people being assholes and I can't stand bullies, so I think we're good on that front. A lot of sites just let in happen. Perhaps it would drive some people away? Either way, websites need to be moderated and rules need to be upheld. Two things that stuck for me is everyone wanting to be a site owned and team projects. I don't think people are wanting to start their sites anymore because they rarely get anywhere in the current state of the RM community. Also with teams, we have gotten so many complete newbies starting up team projects. Some don't even have an existing project. They never get anywhere (the newbies, not teams).

I think its not just this video that led to STG's response. I think it could be a compounding effect. But I can't speak for him. At any rate, most people do not find the video technically 'racist', but at the end of the day whether you have a right or not to post something, you should not be posting things that are going to stir trouble. But do you get what I'm saying? The video doesn't have to 'bad' in order for it to be something you shouldn't post here, it just has to be something the members will not take well to. I dont think the topic needs to remain open.

haha i suspected YOU will take that from that youtube video. I only wanted to show a certain part of it, at 2:10 where he exaggerates the padding. In retrospect, it was not a good video to post but its barely 'hating', more like a playful jib :) But I hope if I do offend you guys, more members that just you will speak up. I took biology and fortunately for my argument I used to be quite athletic myself :) Long-distance running does not show athleticism. I actually competed at both semi-nationals in cross country and athletics. To run far, you must practice. No one can be born a long distance runner. On the other hand, sprinting does show athleticism because you have to born a fast runner. You can't dispute that. Train all you want, you won't get much faster. And by fast, I'm talking about top speed, the fastest you can run. Also whether you're a good sprinter or good long-distance runner depends on whether your muscles are fast twitch or slow twitch muscles. But this argument is pointless, these things are the same across all races. You took the dense bones thing a little too narrowly lol the dense bones affects the muscles. The stronger your muscles...well, thats obvious. And it is different for different races. And what exactly is your argument with traits?

Haha you are confusing with skill with athleticism. Let me give you an example. The accuracy with which you can shoot a hoop is a skill, you practice it and get better at it. However the speed at which you can run largely cannot be improved, its what you're born with. I was told that thing about the denser bones by year10 P.E. teacher. Not that I think it's wrong. I don't think I've started an argument with 'You are wrong'. Are you that sure you're right? :P
