Hrmm, interesting. Note: no luck so far. Its hard to know wether or not you can do this with common eventing... Having the system recognize the type of monster and change the animation depending. Maybe you shouldn't give the attack an animation at all, and make all your monsters and assign them variables, 1 for the flesh guys, 2 for all earth guys, and so on, and if the variable is equal to another variable then do the animation... Its late where I am as you can probably tell :P.

You wanna know a good way to find out where stuff should be added? Take a look around your house. Take some mental notes on the positions and quantities of furnishing, and make a map based on it. Sure some things won't appear in medieval times, but you will get a better idea on how to shape rooms and such. I can see where you were going with it, but when people play the game, they might think it looks cheap. That is, unless you make/find a dust fog (I don't mean like a fog, I mean the RMXP term "fog") to use. Or, you could ma- never mind that would be to hard. Dude, there is at least some light in every map. You can't tell me there is no light in your chu- temple, no matter how far underground it is. SOOOOOOOOOO0000ooooo, use it. No excuses, always use cosmetic lighting, unless you have an AWESOME reason. One word man, variables. You can do this, with a little effort if not easily, with some conditional branches and variables. Think it out, and try it. You might be able to do it yourself. It might even be possible without variables. Imagine that! Once your try, and if you fail, I will do my best to help.

Copy the "Direct link". Click this button when making your post: Paste the link in the little text box. This will automattically place [ img ] tags around the picture. You could skip this step and just write [im g]www.imagelinkhere.com/myimage/34[/im g] without the spaces.
