Behind the Game Well, the class was given an assignment to make a game on Game Maker 8. Most peoples are just rip offs of the incredibally easy "Catch the Ball" or "Catch the Clown" game. And, me, being a zombie fanatic, decided to make a scrolling shooter zombie game. Storyline You are in my favourite town, Ashaven, when the zombies attack from a neighbouring city. It's your job to try and make it as far as you can; escape is impossible. A lot of lives have already been claimed by the undead, maybe you can find some weapons lying around. Good luck. And they all have extremely geniously awesome names. Dude is a recent graduate from Generic High School in Ashaven. He plays way too much video games and hates World of Warcraft. Nobody knows who or what Robe is. All they know is that its a guy (we think, it has a deep voice, like the voice Big Brother had) and that it wears a robe. Chick is a year 12 student at Generic High School. She enjoys shopping with her friends, wearing short shorts and killing zombies. Go figure. Wings is an Angel from Angel Place. He has wings. And he is pretty badass. Also, Omar, since this is probally a different reality or world or whatever than Earth, a virus that turns humans into zombies could have evolved naturally in nature, kinda like how Rabies did on Earth, and Rabies has been around since practically the dawn of man. On another note, why has everybody stolen my "~Tomo2000" thing. Last time I checked I was the only one using the ~ symbol and in the last 2 days I've seen I think 2 or 3 using it. ~Tomo2000.

Being a zombie fanatic and all, I can't help but suggest a mission where a village becomes infected and you have to fight it. Maybe have some survivors scattered around the place that you can save or let them become infected dinner. That would be pretty cool :alright: .

No. I meant if you increase the darkness in those areas you might want to increase the darkness of the shading.

Looking good :alright: Might cause a bit of a problem if you add a darker colour near those areas. I usually make the detail and "edge shading" (if you'd call it that :P ) a darker colour, but the lighter colour looks good on Lyra.

Hey, Crimson, I have a question? How do you make the hair? Do you sprite it yourself or... what? Edit: I just made a female version of Danny. I customly sprited the hair and I'm surprised how well it turned out. Maybe I'm not as bad with hair as I thought :P . I have the BEST name for her. How about Dannii :P ?

Ok, I've done my editing. It needed a few more colours. There was too many steps for just an image tutorial so I made a video one. Anyway, I wasn't sure on the name. How about Lyra? Here's the image. Here's the video. It goes for a few minutes. Hope you like it :biggrin_002: .

Well, I've had a few errprs where the download, reply and some other buttons disappear when I hover over them, reappear when I click somewhere or hover over any of the other buttons, and continue this cycle. It's SOOOOO annoying. Thanks.
