  1. Lol I didn't know what to choose RMXPU or GDU. However since were moving anyways, I choose the latter name. I tried adding some features that were added to newer systems, and yes thats a VX feature. The RMVXace status icons added extra features that were to confusing without extra exampination to add. Plus it uses new methods like each_with_index thats not in Ruby 1.8.3. So I didn't want to mess with that without learning more about Ruby.
  2. Oh, I guess that would look confusing. ops
  3. Uh I have all browers except firefox on my computer. I even said in the OP that It works fine in Google Chrome.
  4. The latest version, however I think whatever it was doing earlier is over with as the site font is normal, the threads aren't lagging all over the place, and use my moderating power in the VXace section again (they were there, but the system was lagging so bad that nothing would happen when I was trying to update the tutorial page.) Edit: @JonBon: while that could be true, telling me IE SUX WHY U IT, isn't really saying anything and is kind of annoying. Explain why I should switch. But it works now, so this issue can rest.
  5. Alright, from this point on I'm ignoring all post that tell me that IE sucks as thats not the question here and it's really annoying when you're question is side tracked. Whether or not you hate IE has nothing to do with this issue, thats just your opinion.
  6. Because I like it, my opinion. Thats not the main issue here though.
  7. There seems to be a issue with the site when using IE. It started sometime last night and now my main computer, laptops, and my grandma's computer is acting up on this site. However, my phone, kindle fire, and Google chrome are working fine. I don't know if this is because of the move to GDU or something just reporting what I've seen. Works fine on Google Chrome just not on IE. Is anyone else experiencing this on IE?
  8. For a second there, I thought this was the actually CBS. Good job on the tutorial, I'll add this to the list.
  9. The Warrior Engine is now released. Please comment on it and tell me what you think.

  20. Tutorial Master List This is a master list of every tutorial found in this forum. I will try to keep this as updated as possible. Event/Database Punk ~ Waiting until Button Input. [Also applies to XP and VX] [table=Scripting] The Passive Lion ~ Tankentai Fully Functioning English Version (Installation Instructions)
  21. Rules of Requesting!!~ Rule A: If it is a script, search the Master Script Lists to ensure the script has not been made already. Well, as many know but few seem to comprehend, there are comprehensive lists of scripts that have been made at multiple locations. On-site Master Script List: http://www.rmxpunlim...er-script-list/ RPG Maker VX ace Script List: http://www.rpgmakerv...t-list-on-site/ Wiki Master Script List, which incorporates many sites: http://rmvxace.wikia...ter_Script_List RMRK's Master Script List: http://rmrk.net/inde...ic,44874.0.html Rmrk's External Site Links: http://rmrk.net/inde...ic,44876.0.html And there are many more other sites and blogs, too many to list. Rule B: Follow the guidelines below. Be as descriptive as possible: - Just because you know what you're talking about when you say "a system thing like in final fantasy" doesn't mean every will. You should provide in-depth details into what you want. As MrBubble says: The more details you can provide, the higher chance your request will be fulfilled. Use Visual aids when possible: - What's that? Your system has stuff that is GRAPHICALLY INCLINED? Whoa. Hey, maybe a Mock-up, Screenshot, or Video Link could help with getting what you want. - Don't just provide visual aids with no other descriptions. The coder will need to know exactly what they are looking for. Provide links to other scripts mentioned: - While it's plain to you what needs to be compatible with what, it is not to us. You mention it has to be working work with the "Miscellaneous Script that does stuff", you should also provide a link to the script, so we can see it too. - It should be made as easy as possible for a kind, helpful coder to aid you in your time of need. You should not expect us to go searching for everything you mention and get graphics for your script. You should do it for us. Be Humane: - We are volunteers. We are not paid to do this, to help you or the site or anything. we do it of our own accord. - Be kind and respectful to a coder who is trying to help you. If you aren't, they may just decide to not help you, and just drop it all together. They have the right to do it, and it is your own fault. - Patience is all important. no one likes to see a whiny guy bumping his thread with "waaah you guys suck help me make my awesome, better than your game, game". Screw that, it turns us coders away. For rules on bumping, read below. - Say thank you, and give proper credit. Rule C: Only requests for VXA/RGSS3 are allowed in this section. You can ask for conversions from RGSS1/2 to RGSS3 as well in this setion. Do not ask for XP/RGSS script, or VX/RGSS2 scripts specifically. The topic will be closed. This forum is for VXA only. For XP go here, for VX go here . Additional Notes: If your request is solved, you may report your topic and let us know to close it. Bumping I will have to go with the standard rules about bumping on this
  22. This is the Complete RGSS3 Scripts forum, also known as where the complete RMVX Ace scripts go. * For help with script errors/related issues or for script request direct post here: http://www.rmxpunlim...vx-ace-support/ *For general questions regarding RGSS3, W.I.P script critique, and similar matters, direct your posts here: http://www.rmxpunlim...vx-ace-support/ *For tutorials, direct your post here: http://www.rmxpunlim...-ace-tutorials/ Submitting A Completed Script. The purpose of this thread is to provide a template and some instruction to help you effectively present your script the best way you can. Keep in mind that the template provided in this topic is simply an example. You may style your script topics as you wish as long as it is readable and coherent. IMPORTANT: If you have posted a script not made by you then make sure you receive permission from the script creator to post such script in the forum. Full Template Here is a full template on how to make an attractive thread for your script. Instruction is found after the template(and the example): Categories Please use one of these types of categories when creating your thread as it makes it easier to place within the Master Script thread. Example Extra Info I has uploaded the template with all the formatting in a text file, you can get it: HERE Uploading Screen Shots Imageshack.us and photobucket.com are popular image hosting services. Upload all your images/screen shots as needed. Uploading a demo Upload all your demos and files at a reliable hosting website. Currently, you can't go wrong with either MediaFire.com (is very download-friendly), or Rapidshare.com, both of which offer 100MB uploads which is large enough for demos and even most full games created with RPG Maker! However for the best uploading site in opinion is Dropbox. Regarding Scripts Hosted Elsewhere We allow script topics here to redirect to other places where the script can be found such as blogs, websites, etc. Please have your links direct towards the actual script's page, not just the main webpage. I'll update this thread and the template when needed. Use the template, you have nothing to lose!
  23. For both of them and for future reference please place it right under the title, it makes it easier to tell where it goes. I'm about to post a template page just in case for other people.
  24. Master Script List - Wiki Version rmvxace.wikia.com/wiki/RPG_Maker_VX_Ace_Master_Script_List ------------------------------------------------------ A wiki page has been created for the Master Script List. Even before the VXAce was released. The reality is that it is difficult for several people to maintain such a quickly growing list over a long period of time. Because of the nature of wikis, anyone can help maintain the script list. If a scripter feels their script should be placed in a better category, they may choose to edit the script list themselves. Or if you notice a script is missing from the list, you can actually add it in yourself. The original Master Script List by Me(bigace360) will still be maintained as this wiki page was created by Mr.Bubble from http://www.rpgmakervxace.net/ not me. ------------------------------------------------------ Rules for Adding Scripts to the Master Script List This list is for English scripts only. Do not add non-English scripts to this list unless it is translated. Do not directly link to the raw script code. Links must direct to pages such as forum topics/posts or webpages that contain specific information about the script. This is to ensure that users be aware of any special information required to use the script.
