Yes they are. All the members except me have disappeared. Ryanrulz, the leader of the project, is not here, so we are unable to continue with this. We still have all the data on the forums, the board is just turned offline so no one can access it. If the team members come back, we can start this again. But right now, it just won't work.

In the commands list, second page, "Change Screen Color Tone". You can set the time in frames for the screen tone to change. So what you want to do it set it to black, and 0 frames. This will make the screen black right away. Then set another command where it changes to normal in however many frames you want. This creates the effect of fading in from black. Make sure you use "Parallel Process" as a trigger.

I completely disagree. I say do everything you can to stop them. Would you let your own family members kill themselves?

I don't think a 3D RPG Maker would work. The RPG Makers, especially this new one have so many user-friendly features so that you don't have to do a whole lot of work. Its simple and easy and allows you to work on your own as opposed to a 3D game. Although its possible to create 3D games without programming knowledge and with one person, you don't have as much flexibility. Even with the most user-friendly 3D game makers, it requires so much more work than the current 2D RPG Makers to make a game. I have worked in 3D Game Studio, which you can download your own models(thought my brother can model for me) and you can download scripts(which to install, is nothing like RMXP), so it's possible to create a 3D game having no skill. Although I just a made a level, not a game. It would take weeks to create a proper level, with everything you want it working right, and looking right. If RPG Maker went 3D, it would make things a whole lot more difficult. So I voted for "I like 2D simplicity". RPG Maker is for 2D games.

For me, definitely Crash Bandicoot(We're talking the first PS games, Crash 1, 2 & 3). I can still remember the first time I played it. I must have been 8 or something. Although it didn't turn me into a game designer and certainty not a gamer.

But not all of those other things cause the problems drinking does. Having the voting age being at 18, it only makes sense to lower the drinking age to 18. As that is when you legally become an adult(Not under the control of your parents..i don't live in America, but i think thats the case?), the drinking age should be at 18. Some 18 year olds are irresponsible but they should be given the benefit of the doubt as adults.

What is them? Do you mean the program? I made a post on a forum about a year ago asking how to change the icon of the RGSS Player, and someone recommended this program.

I have to disagree on that one with you Wyzrd. As people get to that age(21) they start being independent and stop relying on their parents(most), most become more mature as they leave for university or whatever they do after school. My point is with age people do become more responsible. If they lower it to 18, there's going to be a negative difference in the amount of accidents and improper consumption of alcohol.

For a start, stop necro-posting. You will be warned. Since you mentioned the downloads manager, are you posting so you are able to download? Once you reach 15 posts, you will have access to unlimited downloads from the downloads manager. I'll give you a verbal warning first, stop breaking the rules and necro-posting. Your posts will only be deleted anyway.

This topic is coming up a year old, but my original point was there would be hundreds of maps. There would be so many, that you could just browse through and select which ones go with your original ideas, and there would be so many, that you could find maps that suit. It depends on the person. I am like this. I open up RPG Maker and start doing what comes into my head. In all my past projects I have done this. However, I am not a successful game maker, even though I don't think that is related to my method. This is roughly the same idea as using other peoples games to see how mapping is done. The maps are just in a different place.

I'm not much of a scripter, but I haven't seen many(none that come to mind actually) where you need to alter the variables to get a script to work. Most are just copy and paste and away you go. This is off-topic, so if you are having trouble with a particular script, make a topic in the right section. Still looking for more votes.

I saw this topic and suggested to upload to the download manager, which, generates a topic. http://www.rmxpunlimited.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=1114 I'm not sure if the topic is editable by a member, but editing his download should edit the topic also, where you actually have a choice of uploading screenshots. If you haven't already done so, I will send Zen a PM. This is shaky ground because we havent tested the downloads manager and the topic generation feature.

I dont think we have a drinking age. I've been drinking since I was 12(Actually that was just the first time, I dont drink much). In my country we can only buy alcohol at 18+ years. Although everyone under that age drinks. I think the problem is that there are too many idiot teenagers who dont know how to drink properly. They get way too drunk and cause so much trouble. I think the legal drinking age being at 21 will stop the amount of alcohol going to teenagers(and under 21's), so it is stopping some of the trouble, but they can still get alcohol if they wanted. Just not as much. The age of 21 doesnt make sense to me. If you can vote at 18, you are responsible to do anything else. Although at 21, it is doing something....

I see what you are getting at there. Think of other members games as "templates". Play their games, look at their maps. See how it is done. That really helps. There are also Black Shadow's tutorials on the forum that members can learn from.

Sounds like a good idea to me. I have all the organize categories previously made(Another little experiment of mine) so it wouldn't take long. Although I like adding polls to topics like this to see what the majority of members want.

DarkDragon....SHUT UP :lol: We need Leon. He is on my RMXP Unlimited's greatest members of all time list. That may be so, but it wont be happening on this forum, I'll make sure of it. Drama is okay, but when people get insulted we just wont have it, and dont need it. We have rules, and we're going to keep them. But I know you're just trying to lighten the mood, im just saying. Yes I always change my mind, i know that.. Leon I hope you stay, and things are okay or at least better with you.

I didn't notice the replies in this topic before. Someone could have PMed me about the Gallery. I updated the permissions. Could one of you(Moderators, because its the staff permission group i changed) try and upload to the Gallery now.
