Hypothetically if this happened to me/ I knew about it. Ok so I don't know how many of you are familiar with United States Laws so I'm going to kind of briefly go over it right after I discuss the situation. Ok so my idiot cousin decided that when my mom went to go pick him up for work that he would be high. She also said that his friend at that house was high too. It also has been suspected that my aunt that is living with me is buying and using marijuana which is what this is all about. For those of you who don't know marijuana is a schedule 1 drug. What does that mean well it means one that it is illegal and have no accepted medical purposes, and can pose safety issues. However the only thing that makes this drug illegal is THC in marijuana (more info here http://www.nida.nih..../marijuana.html). The side effects are also not that bad as far as a potential to hurt others. On the other hand as some of you know I'm studying to be a Criminal Justice Major currently. While I dont much mind that there smoking this crap this could look bad for me and potentially get me and my parents in trouble. It also could have other unforeseen side effects. Don't get me wrong though I would love to have the cops bust their asses and teach them a lesson. But there are negative sides to turning them in. For one they probably would not be to happy with me. Secondly a 1st drug offense usually amounts to about a year or two unless they get probation. Third I dont know how others would feel about me turning them in. So what should I do? Turn them in so nothing bad happens to myself or parents and so some drugs and buyers would be off the street. Don't turn them in and maybe get in trouble with the law myself. I hate these decisions. As of right now I'm leaning more toward turning them in which I would probably do tomorrow while I'm out on my own. I really feel uncomfortable knowing my family is breaking the law and tbh I wish my mom would stop telling me these things xD.

Richard Bach Anyway you must remove the might be back part . but I do understands breaks are needed.So just to let you know I hate good byes which is y I picked that quote; kevin and now you are leaving in a short period of time. So just to let you know that a lot of ppl will miss you (even joey which is rare for him) lol xD. And if for some reason you never come back I hope that where you end up, you are happy with whatever u might happen to be doing and you get to live a long and fulfilling life.

Np about helping and it's ok we were all new at one point. As far as your second question I sent you a message with the answer but I can post it here to. "It's far easier to do this in events and depending on how fancy you want to get with I'll explain 2 ways. 1st. Have a book event sprite set to when the player pushes the action key a SE plays (they are titled book I believe) then just do show text commands ending with the other book SE. 2nd. This way is more fancy but would look nicer. Same as before with the action command except this time you are going to use the show picture command (This requires you to find a photo of a opened book or something). To make it different you can write the text in Photoshop or something if you have that available to you. Then just play the SE's like before and wahla. Then whether the player keeps the books in items or not is up to you if so you would have to make each separate book either a switch with 1 or 2 common events or make each book their own common event. P.S to make it more fancy you can even get 1~3 pictures of a page turning and then use those with the appropriate SE. ~ Hope that helps."

First of all you said you used "comment" in an event. You have to use Script it's the very last option on the 3rd page. Also below is how I have mine set up seeing as I'm using the exact same script. Idk 4 sure never made it that far due to stupid PSP charger ( Thought it was charging and then when it went to save power went off and there went my 300 Hour Character + the 120 Hours I had before going to Unite). Because of this I have just been slowly working my way back up :P. I'm kinda excited for the challenge lol. Yea I agree with you that the handhelds are less popular over here because of the fact that there is no online play but the game still did decent over here especially with the PS3 thing. So I will just say I hope that the one for the 3DS comes over here because I need some new stuff 2 beat up xD. -

Wow my bad late responses for replying to lol. Anyway I was simply stating that while yes you can play online and there is a "online gathering hall" the handhelds are ad hoc only unless you have a PS3. My reference to that is that I own a PSP and all three Monster Hunter games that came out for it xD ( I'm 2 lazy to find stuff online to cite makes it seem like a research paper :P). Therefore I was stating that the 3DS is quite similar in that you can only play with people who are around you. As of yet I have not heard of a way to connect online as in a server. I have had to fight those monsters that you listed solo or with my cousin just because its ad hoc only and I don't have a PS3. -

This may seem like a stupid question but this is the first time I've tried making something a character sprite that has dimensions outside the normal character sprite graphic. So I was wondering is it best to leave it at the 129 to 192 dimensions. Or is there a way to make the box in the character sprite thing cover the whole image? I'm not familiar with how rmxp imports files and how it decides how big the selection box is. Here is the file if that helps Its dimensions are 352 by 480. All dimensions in this post are pixels ty.

Ok I just played you game a bit and not to be mean or anything but there needs to be some more work done. I'll list some potential things to help you out. 1. The maps are bad, except the one inside map I saw was ok which is the map you get to after the woods map. I also suggest playing some other peoples games like Lizzie's game which you can find here http://www.rmxpunlimited.net/forums/topic/7853-rmxpdungeons-of-eternity/. If that still don't help make some maps in a side project and post them here http://www.rmxpunlimited.net/forums/topic/5467-the-screenshot-thread/ for critic. 2. While this bothers me it is optional. The graphic shows a bow while I use a knife? Also I suggest looking at your battle animations they are off especially on the Tutorial 2 Guy. 3. The second chest in the sewers does not appear to work. 4. The text in the boxes appear off screen sometimes making it unreadable. 5. The text in the start fly's by to quick and I cant read it all. Also cant read the letter from the king and queen. 6. Enemies seemed to weak and popped up way to much. I had to stop after a little over 8 mins in because it seemed to be to quick and with the mistakes I mentioned made it hard to play. I don't know how long you spent making it and not to be mean but it doesn't seem like you spent much time. It's actually pretty common for it to be a struggle to get people to try demo's its a bad habit. I've downloaded it but have homework at this moment but I will get back to you in a day or so. As far as the screenshots the first, third, and last one looks like they need some more work on them. As of the story there is not really much to comment on, but what you do have seems ok.

Its ok, I was suggestion to joman anyway that your best bet would be a script. Event wise this just was not working properly and too many issues kept showing up.

Off the top of my head I cant think of anything that would work. Plus I don't know how a script like that works. So with this my opinion is you will have to have a script edit, I however will keep this on my mind you never know when a break through might happen. It also might help if I can see the script itself if just to help me understand it.

As far as I know the ATB's use events as the actual battle in a way. Like I make an event enemy and so therefore they are my opponent right? Anyway what your asking isn't that hard just time consuming. So shall we get started? 1. Here you will need to start of your tutorial I'm guessing with some text blah..blah you probably already have this part. 2. Here is where the homework on your end comes in. First find out which buttons (Rpg maker not keyboard) does what. Then you will set conditional branches for the rest. For example if attack was the A Rpg maker button I would set one to if Button Being pressed is A then you can do whatever it is you want it to. Then for the else case you can put something like that is not the right course of action. 3. Now you will need some kind of safe zone what if the person doesn't do what they are told but the event dies from 2 many "wrong buttons" My answer to this is variables. You can spin it however you want make it =4 or w/e then the tutorial is finished if it doesn't have it reset. Lemme know how that works.

While you are correct in many aspects of your argument the fact that it does or does not have online play is not as big as a issue as one might expect. For one every Monster Hunter game that has came out in the U.S on a handheld (PSP) has had no support for online play. The only reason you can play with others online is means of a PS3. If I remember correctly the first two for the PSP was out before the PS3 and they sold fine. The whole PS3 thing from what I understand wasn't even really expected by Capcom just kinda happened. Also while sadly the latest installment of Monster Hunter for the PSP was not available to the PSP. You also have to look at the fact that Monster Hunter Freedom Unite was basically a 2G and it came out and did well. From my personal opinion and from what little I have read and from actions Capcom has taken in the past it would not surprise me if 3G comes out here to. It also wouldn't surprise me if we (consumers) found a way to play online kinda like 2G. I will say this though it could go either way and Capcom has disappointed me in the past so they had better bring that stuff over here. Also on a last note I agree with Joey its gong to take them forever ( few years) to get 4 up and running. Honestly tri has just gotten boring that activity is not the best. So they need something to keep is interested. -
I'm tired of being nice, and I'm tired of being nice when I know people are straight out lying to my face. I think my problem is I'm 2 nice so we will se how nice I'm 2 morrow amd how many friends and family members stick around then.

Trust me its not the hard when A. They either tell you they have been to busy. Then I go in offline mode on 360 and there on playing game for hours. B. They tell me they had started working on it but Skype notices that no files have been transferd which the person needs and they avoid contact with me when I ask did you get the files?

Step 1 Make a new state. Note that it doesn't actually have to do anything. Just make sure that in the same turn that it is inflicted it has a 100 percent chance of recovery. Step 2 Make a weapon that deals the state you have just added. Step 3 Common Event Set a conditional branch so that when your actor has the weapon equipped Make a switch turn on under it. Step 4 Battle Event Condition Switch u made in Step 3 Set the state for each possible enemy actor in the same list of pages. Set it for your state change that you made. Step 5 Deal Damage to actor. Set a constant. If you want your 10 percent damage. Go back to Step 3 and make a variable above everything else that says Actors (whoever) Hp. Then set another variable guess what hope you payed attention in math class. Set it so the variable will be left with only 10 percent. . I'll be nice I guess just set it to multiply by .10 oh wait you cant use decimals xD. To bad so now you have to make another variable and set it to 10. Then you will divide one variable by the other. This should work lemme know.
