Legal way is always better cause you avoid getting stuff that will ruin your OS. I would highly suggest GTAV on PC once it comes out(if it does) and if you have a beastly computer to run it. If not i would get a console version or wait till you get a better computer.

You can usually tell by the url or when trying to go to a site it will bring you to another site you didnt want to go to. Best bet it to try a full scan with malwarebytes and see if it fixes your problem.

Take a screenshot of your url for me cause it sounds like you may have a hijacked browser.

I dont think you can use shaders for for any rpg maker program. I think shaders are used for 3d games and not 2d since they are made differently. 2d doesnt use a lighting engine nor does it have models so it cant be shaded with a shader. I could be wrong since i only really messed with shaders in skyrim and in unity 3d. you might be looking for something like this? http://www.rpgmakervxace.net/topic/12299-getting-started-with-parallax-mapping/
