I'm sorry for posting this for you guys who regret reading it... I added a better warning to the first post. Hope I haven't ruined anyones innocence  I did think about whether to post it, and my goal wasn't to freak out anyone. I've unspoilered your post in the quote, I'm hoping it won't offend anyone, evolution is just a theory like any other. So when I state something, assume that "the theory of evolution states" is written before it. I learned a bit about it last year. You say that they evolved into Homo sapiens because they were able to survive. The fact that it was a brain or a human brain has nothing to do with it, apart from it allowed tribes of them to survive when there was a lack of food. It may have provided a lot of nutrients, but it didn't increase intelligence or cause them to evolve. Evolution did increase our intelligence, and humans only evolve when mutations occur(beneficial and neutral mutations get passed on through generations, negative mutations don't). So cannibalism would have been necessary to survive, but it was the survival which eventually lead to evolution which increased our intelligence. I saw a recent documentary where a scientist discovered there was a mutation in the jaw of a hominid(all the forms humans are said to have evolved from), the mutation put less pressure from them muscle on the skull allowing for the brain capacity or something to increase. As I said before, if the mutation is beneficial, it is passed on to the next generation. I read something else that said that they found a new way to date skeletons of hominids, one was found to be 200,000 years earlier than originally thought. It makes theories of evolution seem a lot more ambiguous. I imagine there will be a lot more theories to come about as technology and [if] more skeletons of hominids are found.

Rugby, and I really liked track and field back in highschool. Once competed in south island(new zealand is two islands, more or less) athletics championships. Lost pretty badly, but still made it there :P I also did badminton and rock climbing last year. Also competed in south island secondary schools rock climbing competition, my team got 6th. Yeah, when I say south island, it pretty much means 1/4 nationals. I am REALLY bad at basketball.

Warning: This topic contains extremely disturbing content. Please read the posts below before deciding whether to read the article. I've spoilered this article because it is, well, rather disturbing. I'll warn you now, younger members, don't read this. I had thought twice whether to post this or not, but it was so shocking I decided to post it. The point of posting it, and this forum, is for discussion about what's going on in the world. Article

Happy Birthday Tomo. 17th right? Speaking of your government, I hear some of the $900 Rudd gave to Australians is being spent over here in our economy. Thanks aussies :)

Wow you can jump high solshadow, epically high for your height. I can jump 152cm, according to highschool athletics day  Hope you have a speedy recovery. I grew to 6ft just after I was 15 right, (and since we're on the topic of sports), then I broke my leg playing rugby. I broke my leg, foot, ankle and all the stuff in between(or atleast, two other players did), after that I haven't grown an inch. I have broken both legs involving rugby. I watch sports, I love sports. My favourite to watch is rugby league, and favorite to play is touch rugby. Americans dont know rugby, DO YOU? You guys are missing out :P I don't think Joey's scared of you :o

Welcome to RMXP Unlimited, Devilz. A friend of Leon's is a friend of ours

I'll try go one better. Noob had abandoned the site and I was a member. I contacted emily, whipped up a copy of the database, and restored the forum on trap17.com. The task of rebuilding activity with a new url began mid november 2007. Black Shadow was one of the first members on the scene in late late november 2007(I just checked your posts, looks like it was dec 4th 07, not far off what i remember). I remember you coming back well because it had been a while for me also. That makes you one of us originals ;) Welcome back Black Shadow, all us originals remember you of course. I hope things are going well for you. As you may have noticed, your mapping class is still open. While you may not have time to work with it, members and guests still benefit from the work you have done already.

Geelong is in Australia right? I have my yahoo account has Australian news feeds so that's how I found this article. Well like I said above, I don't believe it is her fault for not turning off msn or for checking her emails, because I don't believe people go looking for things that will make them want to die. You could say it's her fault for going to that school or meeting the other students that she did. Several students in my year died when I was at highschool, but none through suicide. One was my best friends ex-girlfriend and he went to counsilling for it, and so did a lot of my other friends on that group. Here's a follow-up story: Hundreds mourn Geelong teen at funeralHundreds of mourners gathered in Geelong to farewell and celebrate the life of teenager Chanelle Rae, a girl who took her own life last week but had lived it to the full. In her 14 years, Chanelle - a ute lover, tomboy footy player and fanatical fan of her hometown's AFL club - took friends under her wing, had a cheeky smile that lit up a room and loved family camping trips down the coast. The Year 8 student who took her own life last Friday, was bullied on the internet and was the fourth at Western Heights College to commit suicide in only five months. The service at the Barrabool Hills Community Centre included many members of the Geelong Football Club draped in Cats scarves and colours, as bunches of blue and white balloons decorated the stage. Crowds reflected on the impact Chanelle had made on all those around her, silences broken by songs including Michael Jackson's You Are Not Alone and Arms Of An Angel by Sarah McLachlan. A tribute by Chanelle's mother Karen read: "You were my world, my very best friend. We did everything together, it was never supposed to end." Chanelle adored her two older brothers, and when she first started high school in 2008 would ask new friends whether they knew Blain or Logan, the mourners heard. Family friend Terri Malesic told the service Chanelle loved chasing boys, but none more than Geelong player Corey Enright - she was his number one fan. Chanelle wore Enright's number 44 on the back of her Cats guernsey after falling in love with his "beautiful hair" at the age of six when she spotted him at a training session. When captain Tom Harley accidentally broke Enright's jaw during a clash with St Kilda, the passionate cheer squad member did not hold back. As Harley walked past, a horrified Chanelle promptly punched him from the fence, yelling: "I hope you've said sorry to Corey." Enright was a pallbearer, along with family members, carrying the white coffin adorned with white roses. School chaplain Jenny Eastwood urged Chanelle's many friends who attended the service to remember the positive impact she had on their lives. "Chanelle lives on in our lives and our hearts through our precious memories of her," Ms Eastwood emphasised. "And her impact can continue through the choices we make about how we live our lives." Following the service, balloons were released into the Highton hills, the Geelong theme song played on a bagpipe by a club supporter. The Cats will play for the beyondblue Cup against Hawthorn at the MCG on Saturday to raise awareness of depression. Geelong players will wear black armbands to remember Chanelle and a banner will be hoisted in her memory.

That is sort of how this forum came about. Being a complete newbie to forums and RMXP, I did a few graphics request. The guy liked them so I decided to start my own forum. I may disagree about support topics always getting replied to. It's something that as an administrator it is a goal and a priority, but it doesn't always happen. And more disappointingly, the topic is so easy to solve. In some cases also, a member will make a topic and disappear whether it gets a response or not. From the start of your post I'm not sure whether you're talking about real life or on forums. In terms of forums, I dislike leet speak, in fact it's against the rules to use it here. Not entirely, but its stated here. I don't come across a lot of it here, or on the forums I visit(which are very few). But when I do I probably just skip past it.

Could you possibly be more descriptive?

Are you guys serious? The bottom looks the brightest to me, so I go with no. 2. I must admit though, it took me a few seconds to notice a difference.

Hey! I had a pet pigeon once! It was my first pet, about 9 years ago. Me and my brother were in this river and we saw this pigeon who had been shot in the wing. We caught it because it couldn't fly and kept it as a pet while it healed and eventually it was able to fly again. The time came when we had to move away and leave the pigeon behind, and it tried to follow us :( Do you know what's fun? You know how magpies like shiny things? Well what you do is wear a bicycle helmet and run into a field of magpies and they swoop down on you attacking the helmet. I think we did that in 8th grade(the equivalent of). In fact what we did is got the guy we didn't like to do it first. Crack up. This may be off topic, but we owned a lamb once. It was rejected by its mother and we took it in. Lambs > Ducks.

Sorry guys, I missed this topic. Yes I did remove it, and moved all the topics from the recruitment forum up to the main one. This happened when we were trying to decrease the amount of forums, and look for a decent forum-structure (after many attempts). Our RPG Maker section could be more active. I noticed the majority of project topics were recruitment topics, and only once in a blue moon would anyone ever join a team. Also the poor quality topics made, and ridiculous posts. For example: I'm starting a project, but i cant sprite, script, map or do anything! Oh, I also don't have a story, who wants to join my team? What's stopping you? You can still make a recruitment topic, there's nothing wrong with making it in the projects and teams forum. I also edited the description. I'm bad at them.

Nice work Leon. The 7 of us over 1,000 all got there are relatively the same time. As you say: It isn't how much you say, it is what you say. So perhaps the post count is also a measure of the amount time you have been here.

Welcome back!! Finally, I think the whole crew may be back active again :D

I saw a very disturbing video of a donkey once and a poor chubby man who just couldnt run fast enough with his trousers around his ankles... Anyway... To be on topic, NZ(sorry to keep referencing it) has the sluttiest woman on the planet. According a study by a contraceptive company, the woman in New Zealand have the most sexual partners. I live in NZ of course, I don't think all girls are like that here. Well I know they are not. But I do know girls that all it takes to get a quickie is one txt(two unless you include where in the first one). I dodged a bullet once because... may offendone girl I took out once had sex with another girl who had chlamydia so she may have had it too. After finding that out though I wouldn't touch either of them. Well those are just some extremes I think. I don't think there is anything wrong with premarital sex, or sex, its a natural part of everyday life. We learnt a little about sex today in our psychology lecture. The thing that most people reacted to was this part: So the ears differ in length by up to 30%. Oh, and more sex-relevant stuff: There wasn't too much info about the males.

I wanted to be a cop. I thought that would be a cool job. I haven't deviated too far, now that I'm a(failing) law student. Unfortunately it has very little information in the article on how the internet was used to be bully the girl. As I interpreted it, it was someone she knew that bullied her over the internet and that was the final thing to set her off. It seems like it was an accumulation(due to knowing the person) rather than one insult, or some random thing. That is how I interpret it, completely different to you polraudio, and wyzrd. For the majority of people, I think, they don't want to die. Therefor, 1. It is not their fault for killing themselves and 2. she was not in a situation to ignore what she saw on the internet(people do not want to purposely see things that will make them want to die). I strongly disagree with what you said in your post, although most of it was due to different interpretations of what happened. I'm sure most of us know people who have killed themselves, for me it was my cousin. Suicide can be seen as selfish, but never the persons fault(as a general rule, in my mind at least). What I think happened in this article was the internet was used as another form of bullying, as can be said about any form of communication. So when the mother says she blames the internet, I think she has a right in saying so. Its exactly the same as when a friend(or bully) txts you. When she says "I want to tell people to keep their kids off the rotten internet, it's a horrible place," she may be going over the top, but she did just lose her daughter. It seems like a pointless statement, the internet and txting are all forms of communication that every teenager is using, so bullying will always occur. I edited your quote to make it a little shorter... I'm just like you. I can't stand bullies whatsoever, or a man physically or mentally bullying a woman. I physically could not hit a female. I developed a strong hate for bullies when my little brother was bullied in intermediate(equivalent to middle school), but when he joined me in highschool, it stopped. I was 6' by 15 so I could easily intimidate anyone his age. I was also in a few fights in my junior days, the ones where there's a huge crowd circling everyone. Bullying and male abuse towards woman are two things that really get to me, especially when the result is suicide.. The story of the girl getting tied up to a tree is shocking. Really, this type of thing is unacceptable and I think the issue of bullies in school seriously needs to be addressed and new laws should be made dealing with this. Personally I was never bullied, but as its been documented(im sure i could have used a better phrase) the emotional damage this does to teenagers and preteens is extreme and damaging, and obviously life-threatening. Something needs to be done in our schools, its just not good enough. I'm sorry to what happened to you and your friend Wyzrd. Sounds very tragic...a great injustice those guys are still on the street. i couldnt imagine going through that. I'm pleased he taught you the lesson he did.

You know solshadow, you don't have to post every not so serious topic in the spam forum. This forum is for pointless and useless topics.

What do you guys think about this?

Oh, we have that in our archive: http://www.rmxpunlimited.net/index.php/rmx...nkentai-xp.html EDIT: Oh sorry blackfilter, I didn't noticed your comment there. I uploaded to the new version that LovePhoenix linked you to, so you should download it and tell us if you still get the same error?

Because I am a kind admin. Are you trying to get banned? I don't like to ban members unless they are purposely breaking rules or disrupting the forum. With you I just can't tell. I'll just change my warning, unless posted in the spam section(look at the section first!), before you make the decision to post or create a topic, make sure it is a topic/post of good quality(adds some value or contribution to the forum). Otherwise just don't do it. Topic closed...

Rate my awesome game over screen!
Marked replied to Gary The Duck's topic in General Game Development
We can't really give a rating on something you didn't make... The quality is pretty bad, and you're better off taking the screen from a raw version so you can add your own text, instead of the line: "People die if they are killed". Are you making a comedy anime game? You may also want to make the image the correct size to fit in your game... -
Sounds like a program flaw, we just supply the download. You could always try the newer version(non-english version): http://www.rmxpunlimited.net/forums/index....mp;showfile=209

When you search for Vitality, you may want to uncheck matchcase in the search box. Here's a list of what you should change the strings in your script to: $data_system.words.atk $data_system.words.pdef $data_system.words.mdef $data_system.words.str $data_system.words.dex $data_system.words.agi $data_system.words.int This way you can just change the string in the database if you ever need to change it again, rather than searching in the script each time. I don't think you'll need it, but here's the full list of those(without the first bit) Full set gold weapon armor1 armor2 armor3 armor4 attack skill item guard equip hp sp atk pdef mdef str dex agi int

Its out now, wyzrd... Hey Kiriashi! I was wondering when you were going to get back. Personal situations suck. Hope you can stick around for a little while at least
