oh, that could be because the limit on the switcher itself, like other scripts it's designed to be compatible with the base engine which only allows 4 characters, you'll have to look inside the code to change this. I'm not sure where you would make such a change yet, I'll have a look at it when i get a bit of free time.

oh, well thats because RPGmaker has a set limit to 4 characters, you'll need to change the base systems in Scene Battle, Scene Menu, and probably in a few more just so it works. check this http://www.neoseeker.com/forums/22121/t644321-more-than-4-people-in-battle/ it might have what you want.

You can't change it by variable, you have to use the script call for it. Script: $game_party.forced_size = nil/0/1/2/... Just put the number you want at the beginning of the scene/game this way it always forces the party to be 3 for example. If you want to change it, just call it again when you need. I used this exact script for my 1 Week Challenge game, it's an easy script to use.

Hey guys, the school year has begun for us on this side of the globe, and with my new program I won't be on nearly as much as I was before when I was a lazy unemployed bum lol I'll still try to get on every day, but my projects are on hold until i get free time. it's easier because you already know exactly what you want, and how to make it, where as the first time you make decisions about everything, wonder what the best way is, how the best method is etc. so it takes a lot longer. congrats on getting so far so fast, maybe we could get a demo of what you have to see your progress? I think what you're looking for is under the drop down box when you click your name for the profile on the left hand side under the quote bar.

mine is a technical college, so i'm learning how to build electronics, there is a bit of book stuff but a lot of it is hands on building. While I agree that high school is mostly pointless, there is much you can learn in college and university that is not only interesting, but also useful. Also most people can't just learn things on their own without any guidance, where as these programs offer a path that goes from a-z in a generally decent order. After you understand the basics and principals of the subject then you can delve deeper by yourself.
